Learn from me and go with someone else. I had a new heater installed and had work completed on my AC. The workers were nice but they didn’t install thermostat that came with my estimate and price. To add, when the workers installed the new heater, they banged up my wall leaving holes and hand marks all over the ceiling and wall. I just recently had my house painted and seeing a hole in the wall with black marks was horrible. I have tried contacting the company but no one answers. They finally responded to my text and said someone would be out yesterday but the never came. Horrible way to do business. I have never worked with any contractors who would leave such a mess with holes on the wall and not repair it. Still waiting on the thermostat but a call back or acknowledgment would be nice.

The AC Guys are one-of-a-kind. I called on a Wednesday with an urgent request to remove my wall furnace. By Friday, they had removed the wall-furnace and installed a new split-fan for a fraction of what competitors were quoting me. Amazing service, great communication, and even better pricing. I highly recommend the Air Conditioning Guys.

Contratamos el servicio en el 2019, y ya esta es la segunda falla, en tres años y cada visita son arriba de 100 dlls y no duran ni 5 min, te dicen que tiene garantía, pero no la validan. No recomiendo este servicio. Solo hemos usado el aire en temporada de calor y no ha funcionado bien.
We contracted the service in 2019, and this is the second failure, in three years and each visit is above 100 dlls and does not last even 5 minutes, they tell you that it has a guarantee, but they do not validate it. I do not recommend this service. We have only used the air in the hot season and it has not worked well.

Manuel was awesome. From the second he showed up he was professional and was detailed in explaining what he was doing throughout his visit. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great experience using Air Conditioning Guys. They came out and gave us a tune up for our A/C and will be doing the ducts very soon. They were very quick and responsive and professional. The two technician's sorry I cant remember their names but the were all great and need props for a job well done. They came out and installed the system were very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. We would recommend this company to get a fair and honest bid. Great Experience!

I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the young Tech that came out. He was clean and actually early for my appointment. Early is good late is really bad. He explained everything he was about to do and had pictures of how dirty my A/C unit actually was. I had called several companies, left messages and they were the only ones that returned my calls. I'm very glad they did. I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed. Request Manuel.

I called, and they came out the same day even though they were very busy, they fixed the problem on the next day do to parts but they got the job done i want to thank Louie and Gracie for all their help in making this happen. Thank you and god bless. Very happy customer.

Employees very respectful and professional. A/C systems were on and running during vent/duct cleaning. Unfortunately, the “Beast” couldn’t suck the dust and debris that had accumulated for 10 years and overcome the volume of air being blown out of the A/C vents. Dust and debris went beyond the plastic that they spread out under the vents, and covered the entire surfaces of the floor, carpets, countertops, bed spreads, virtually everything, with a fine black and grey dust, that when you walked on the tile or hard would floors barefooted, you could easily feel. I wiped the counter with my hand and my hand was covered with what appeared to be black soot (I sent a picture of my hand to Louie). The entire family sneezed for several hours afterwards and I fear that they inhaled this fine particulate powder.
I spoke to Louie the next day and described the problem in detail. He said he was sorry, and that his staff would do better next time and try additional step to reduce the amount of debris that escapes.
We spent about four hours vacuuming, sweeping and mopping, dusting the entire home, and washing table cloths and bed spreads/comforters. Next time, we’ll try someone different. The discount did not outweigh potential health issues and the amount of cleaning required as a result of using the service.

Wood shavings from their drills were not cleaned up. Insulation was left beside the house on the East side. The unit was located on the Westside of the house. They didn't remove their trash. They didn't put the furniture back in place. They did not show up at at scheduled time, they were almost 2 hours early making a major inconvenience for us. They didn't respond to returning phone calls.they were not aware of the placement of the key to the lock on the gate due to not returning our calls. They removed the hinges, and did not put them back on securely, negated a lot of previous hard work.

Reymundo was very professional with the maintenance service done. He was right on time. Very friendly and was able to tell me if there was any issues with the machines. Found an issue and was able to fix it right away. Highly recommend to ask for reymundo.
