I had full hvac (heating and waterheater) replacement. They showed up in time, they worked late. Their work was clean and professional, they know what they were doing, solved many issues on the way without hesitation, they have not need to be nodged to do the right thing or the right way, i have not felt the need to check their work at the end of the day. They also pointed out things that needs replacement or maintenance, and not to charge me more, or get another job but because they noticed it and let me know as a courtesy. We had our entire HVAC replaced previously by them and the workers were fantastic and easy to work with. We recently and maintenance done by Shaun and he was super patient and kind with me as I tried to figure out where to send him for his inspection. He offered to replace our air filter since we had an extra one that was new. Would definitely recommend!

Had a new-ish Fujitsu mini split break. It has been hard to find people who work on mini splits. Air synergy was responsive and every person I talked to was nice, patient, and good to work with. Something is going right here so I would give them a call.

The owner was GOD sent to me personally. It was during a time that it was I'm the 3 digit of weather and my AC went out. I have home warranty but it didn't help I was told I needed a new unit. The other company came out and said that they couldn't repair it. Then I called Air Synergy the representative said I'm going to send the owner. Then Alberto Mendez came to my home and repair it. I gave GOD praises for this man. I pray that GOD will bless him 100 fold. Whenever it's time to place I'll be calling on him.

Talk about great customer service! The whole Team from the moment your phone call is answered to the techs that come out to trouble shoot the issue to the owner who genuinely cares to get things up and running so that you're not suffocating in this heat. Best customer service in this area. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Luis is a very professional person, he did the job the professional way, gave very accurate diagnosis on both my Heater and AC, solved the problem as expected, I will definitely recommend him to anyone who need the AC and /or Heater service, myself will use him again in the future.
