I've worked with Air-Tech for many years and they have always been nothing but professional and helpful. I recently had David Chen as my technician, and he contacted me before my appointment to let me know he was on his way, arrived promptly and did a fantastic job of telling me what needed to be done and negotiated with the office to get the job done then and there. He also put on booties over his shoes anytime he was inside the house, which was much appreciated.

He had to give me some expensively bad news on the original install of my central air unit (from 12 years ago), but answered all my questions and explained what were the problems and what to expect. He didn't press me to purchase more than what was agreed upon for the day, and I was emailed estimates for all the recommended repairs in addition to the invoice for the job of the day.

I also appreciated the extensive use of photos to explain, diagnose and document my systems.

David Chen from Air-Tech performed a great service call on our HVAC system this morning. He solved the problem that we called him for and made an improvement on the way the system operated, without being asked to go to the trouble to make the change. He went back up into the attic several times to diagnose and fix these issues. He was kind, courteous and compassionate. David was a pleasure to work with.

Anthony arrived precisely on time at 7: 00 a.m. He methodically and efficiently diagnosed our problem - low refrigerant pressure in our 20 year-old HVAC system. He then clearly and objectively laid out the pros and cons of our options without any secret agenda. Once we decided how to proceed, he efficiently made the necessary repairs. All told the visit lasted about 2 1/2 hours, and A/C is working better than it has in years. We were extremely pleased, and the charges were quite reasonable.

Service tech, Mark, was great and took care of the problem right away. He took care not to track any thing in the house and cleaned the outside unit. Great service tech and great personality.

I am one of the chairmen at the Arcadia Assistance League, a non-profit league of volunteers dedicated to assisting the children of less fortunate means in our area. Our heating/cooling equipment is vital and Air Tech fills that need with their professional support team. They are also always courteous and understanding in regards to our always tenuous financial situation. Their technicians know their job and do it consistently well.

We have used them for years and highly recommend them.

Edited to add: I had David C come out to fix my mini-splits and he was awesome! Arrived early, which is always a bonus when your AC isn't working, diagnosed the problem and got to work! He fixed my AC during a heatwave and I am so grateful!

Original review: Worth the price I paid! The whole team was very professional and really knew what they were doing. They showed up on time everyday (if not early!), they kept me informed of what they were doing, were very respectful of the house, asked me first before removing a plant that was in the way, removed my old window unit AC. Most of the time, there was a crew of four doing the work so they got the whole job done in 4 days. I was very impressed with Air-Tech. And now I have working AC in my almost 100 year home! Hooray!

Of course, the hottest week of the summer, and my thermostat goes blank.ugh! I spoke with Valerie at Air-Tech, and she set me up with their first available appointment. When Anthony arrived, he quickly determined what the issue was and provided me with a course of action for the repairs. Additionally, he mentioned that I could benefit from additional attic insulation to help keep the house cooler in these increasingly hotter SoCal summers. What a great suggestion! Ashley, from the office, called shortly after Anthony left to schedule the repair. It’s like a well-oiled machine at Air-Tech! Their friendly, professional and helpful staff made the entire less than optimal situation very bearable.

Had my HVAC installed back in April Some condensation happened because weather got so hot in August. They came out and took care of what was happening and did a great job No charge still under the first year no charge follow up. So happy!

Had Gil give a quote on a new ac unit. Very courteous and arrived on time (I was a few minutes late). He was thorough and explained everything. Very pleasant experience.
