It was an inspection of my system. Jason did a good job. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Very respectful and knowledgeable tech. He took the time to explain details of my system from all positive and negatives. Gave options for proper repair/ replacements, and also answered a few other questions based on upgrades I requested. I plan on requesting Mike for future maintenance.

Jeramie was very polite, respectful and courteous. He explained including showing me pictures of the furnace, its working status, suggested future work to keep my furnace in top condition. I appreciate his patience answering all my questions and I felt he listened to me intently. This company has consistently provided me great service. We recently experience the first hot days of spring, unfortunately our 45 yr old central air conditioner unit decided in was done. We contacted AirTech and they were able to make an appointment to come by the very next morning. We fully expect the bad news that we were going to have to replace out aging unit but the AirTech technician Steve Nevarez was able to bring it back to life.

Talk about an evidence based practice! Steve did not guess at what was wrong but did a thorough scientific evaluation to find the leak in the coils that was causing the bad smell in the heater/ac air.

These guys are no joke. They're work was errorless and beautiful. I am in the middle of a remodel on my home and all the different contractors from HVAC, roofers, & painters that have been in my home the last 4 months. This company was by far the most professional and they cared about installing my windows perfectly. Scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 15. Dustin and Josh thank you again for your mastercraftsmenship. These guys deserve a bonus. Will definitly refer to friends and family.

After having a new hot water heater installed, we noticed a decrease in water pressure from several faucets throughout our house. Steve came out and talked me through the reasons why sediment pushes through the lines and was able to clear out the debris in a matter of minutes. Thanks to Steve for restoring our water pressure and helping educate me on the process!
