Just had a repair done by Air Techs and we are very satisfied with the work done. Jerry arrived at our scheduled appointment time sharp, and he was very courteous and knowledgeable throughout the repair process. Moreover, we're greatly appreciative at how fair, honest, and reasonably priced he and his services are. Based on our positive experience with Air Techs, we've decided we'll do future business with them again for our HVAC maintenance needs, or any repair issues that may arise.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago. They told me it would have to be Dec 3rd because of the holiday. When I called them today they had no knowledge of the appointment. I will find someone else.

Jerry has been out to our house twice and both times he was professional, thorough, and performed excellent work.

Jerry was prompt and professional. AC went out on the hottest week of the year and he still was able to take care of it quickly, despite being swamped with work. A real pleasure to do business with.

Ihighly recommend this company. The repair person was fantastic - was very responsive and called back in a timely manner, arrived when he said, took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and 10 minutes to fix it. I thought the cost was very reasonable and I am very happy with the results! I'm cool and comfortable! I felt that this person was very trustworthy and competent.

He was quick to set up an Apt, even in 108 degree heat. He came out and assessed and fixed my ac promptly. He also quoted a part that another company was going to charge nearly double. Highly recommend.

The AC unit of our 1994 home stopped cooling, in the middle of this hot summer.
Called a couple places but Jerry was the only one to carve out some time for us. I was feeling worried the entire system may need replacement. Turned out to be minor repairs. Very appreciative of Jerry's honesty and integrity. Will definitely be calling him back whenever we're in need of service.

First of all, rarely do I give reviews, but the work Jerry did was over and above note worthy. Jerry was very professional and easy to talk to. A lot of professionals try to talk over your head and then come off with an outrageous price. I really like the down to earth persona about Jerry and how you somehow know that he's forthcoming. I am very pleased with my new system and the timely manner in which it was completed. I strongly endorse Jerry to anyone needing maintenance, repairs, or a new AC or heating system. All the good comments by others are true. Jerry has a way of performing his job in the best way possible. There is nobody more capable all around to perform and complete excellent service. Fair pricing, excellent service and performance stand above all others.
