Bad experience here. I have a service dog and one worker kept refusing service. It was humiliating, unnecessary, and uncomfortable. The wait was long for some unknown reason. They even went as far to give me a “questionnaire” of personal and illegal matter of questions that they weren’t even aware of. Very unprofessional. All I’m saying is that, if you have a service animal.be aware of the way they handle your situation.

Airfield has the best deals on, IMO. Friendly staff that is actually knowledgeable & helpful. 5 stars airfield, keep up the good work!

I am disappointed that I can’t leave tips for the people serving me. I really appreciate their recs and attitude. I don’t think the option would hurt, especially since this is the only dispo I’ve been to without a tip jar

Best storefront in the state. Always the best flower available at competitive prices. Watch out for long lines or order online. Worth stopping in.

I come here every time I’m in the Bay! The bud tenders know the inventory and always point me in the right direction for whatever effect I’m looking for at the time. I consistently love the bud I buy and they carry the Camino gummies cheapest that I’ve found. Come to Phoenix, please! We’re legal now

Had a fantastic 1st time visit (since covid) and there's a new girl with a pink mask and bangs, her name was Jenny, she was super sweet and so helpful and patient with me and my bf didn't make us feel like we had to get in and out. I would definitely come back just for her and her customer service!

budtender was very impatient with me I was trying to buy some clones asking questions was kinda short with me because of the huge line he didn't know prices btw 16 dollar clones become 20 something dollar clones out the door.word of advice you better know what u want ahead of time because it felt like "hurry up and buy then you leave now" lol

Easy in and out, right by the airport, Highway 17 & Coleman Ave.they seem to always have excellent clones and buds. Staff are very friendly, highly recommend it.

Airfield is LIT! We are always greeted with kindness and a fast and speedy process. Front desk gals are always nice! And the shop itself is pretty tight. Must go must try must spread the love.

Happy hour from 2 to 4 every Monday and Wednesday! Be prepared at wait a bit to order so I highly suggest it placing orders online so you can just run in and pick it up. Otherwise this is probably the best dispensary I’ve been to.

Been coming here since they were South Bay healing center. Great selection, top notch quality, friendly staff. Only complaint is how busy it always is but, worth the wait.

Love this place, they have stock you can’t find anywhere else. The place is clean and majority of staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Been a long time customer here since SBHC and now no longer. It seems management keeps changing hands and they are unable to get a working system down. They've had the same problems before legalization. One of the staff members jokingly mentioned they are underpaid and I can see why. The inflated reviews on here are clearly manipulated.

Chelsea helped me out, and gave me hands down the best customer interaction I have had in years.this place is amazing for quality and customer service. They create an atmosphere like no other. High is a place and only Airfield can take me there. Thanks Chelsea, thanks Airfield and happy 420.
