Premium Specialust Elliott Jones was most helpful, pleasant, and low-key in assisting my wife and me in selecting an induction stove and vent hood. We appreciate his kind and patient help, his courtesy, and Airport's fine showroom in Emeryville, and we've gone ahead and purchased the stove and hood.

They sold us a terrible warranty plan. Epic (Centricity) convection oven has been out of service for about 4 months. Epic's service provider claims the parts are not available but I confirmed original parts are available from the manufacturer. So I assume they are trying to buy parts from some third party. Anyway I have spent hours on the phone to Epic, emailed everyone. I call just about every Friday. USELESS and no recourse

Steven Stafford was extremely helpful in selecting the best value solutions for my kitchen remodeling. When I was able to visit your Emeryville store between business travel, his associate Todd was very helpful during Steven's absence, to show me the appliances and to make the comparison between two refrigerator options.

I will never shop here again. I bought and paid for a washer and dryer over THREE months ago and they are still not installed. I have waited for scheduled deliveries that never came. They were finally delivered 6 weeks ago but the part for the dryer vent was missing. They have been taking up all of the room in my storage unit ever since then. I have been assured multiple times that the part was being delivered and then it never arrives. The customer service department is terrible. They promised me a call back multiple times and I never got a call back. I left a direct voicemail for the person who was supposed to call me back and still no response. I tried to speak to a store manager and they are never available. I asked that a manager call me back but that was never done. This is the worst retail experience I have ever encountered. The store manager is not in again today, and there is apparently nobody else I can talk to so the saga continues. They have my money and I have nothing but excuses for over 3 months.

The salesperson Brad took good care of me and even reached out on his day off to tie up loose ends and confirm the delivery, making sure I got my fridge on the day I needed it. The delivery folks were very conscientious and gentle in our home and they did the job fast!

Our purchase was pleasant and painless. Thus far, we are happy campers! Our salesman couldn't have been kinder, more patient, or more knowledgeable. There's not much more to ask from such an interaction. Please give him a raise! We're saluting Brad Millenbach! We await delivery and installation tomorrow which should clearly be part of this review process. You're having a little premature evaluation here, but hopefully your installers will live up to the same high-quality standards set by your salesman.

Terrible customer service. Microwave died, here we are 2.5 months later trying to get someone form Airport to honor the warranty we purchased. No one ever responds to emails or voicemails, had to drive to the store to speak with the Operations person, then she disappeared. VERY frustrating!

We had a very positive experience with the Emeryville, CA store for purchasing a cooking range. The store had a good display of models of interest to us. We would rate Jeff Drucker as one of the best appliance sales person we have worked with. He is very knowledgeable and provided valuable information about the features and operations of competing products including information not obvious on the internet. He was patient in answering our questions, and help expedite the delivery of our appliance. The delivered appliance was missing a couple of parts, and he was able to quickly get them to us - some from the showroom and others form the manufacturer. He communicated very clearly and always kept us informed about ETA and delivery. We highly recommend him.
