Purchase one week ago and receive them 8 days after. Super fast shipping, amazing customer service. Always respond at first time. Never had such a grate experience before. And I live in Canada.

Good selection of products but terrible costumer support. I get shipped a gun which was supposed to be new, came opened, and with the wrong manual and has the safety switch broken. They told me they would email me a label to ship and replace the item but after almost a month of not hearing back I call again and they say oh sorry we dont pay for shipping.

I ordered a couple of my favorite world War 2 airsoft guns here, picked them up and oh no! One of them was messed up/crooked straight from the factory. I asked megastore if I can swap it out for one that's in better shape and they helped me with my issue.

No worries thanks to them! Employees were very friendly to talk to! Definitely buying from here again.

The equipment itself is good if you look in the right areas and are willing to spend money, make sure to do lots of research as the support team is non existent, I've tried getting in contact to cancel my order not even 5 minutes after ordering and I've gotten no response or update, its been about 9 months now and i have no interest in another from here. I have the gun now and its just as terrible as i expected. I was planning on buying a better airsoft gun but I wouldn't recommend from here if you don't know you stuff already

The company has two computers for customers to buy air guns and provide technical support. After placing the order, You can get the gun immediately.

Best customer service I've ever received from an airsoft dealer. I placed an order and something odd was going on with payment. I called into the store and an awesome employee was not only able to put my order through the system, he also made sure my item shipped that same day. Took a few minutes of hold time to reach them but that is no big deal. It's nice to see an airsoft company care for their customers!

WARNING: Do not buy from this place! Although their shipping is extremely fast, they sent me what appears to be a used and defective product. I bought a half blowback C02 Glock 19x and I open it find not 1 or 2 but 4 BBs stuck inside the chamber! The Allen wrench to tighten the C02 was even missing which leads me to believe they sold me a used and defective product. Crooks!

Placed an order on 12/22/2021, still in processing and they will not answer the phone nor an email.waste of time, seems like they are fraud company. Order somewhere else.

I purchased 2 items from this company as a Christmas present back in November. My son decided he wanted something different, so I returned the items unopened on 11/30/2. I had to pay the $18 for a return shipping label, I have emailed this company, I have called multiple times and a few moments ago left a message. I still have not received any refund for the items I did not keep. Please consider buying from another company. The poor customer service is not worth buying their products.

Well I have no gotten the package yet however I am writing this review about their customer service. I placed my order yesterday before noon. I received a call later in the evening from an employee that noticed the BB’s I ordered were not the correct size for the gun and they were ready to ship. I was able to correct my error, and because of this guy my nephew will get the correct accessories to go with his brand new airsoft gun. Thank you so much. Especially during this busy time, you paid attention and corrected the customer’s mistake in time. Thank you!

The staff was very rude. They did not answer my question in a manner way or even let me finish explaining the situation. I bought a high-end gun now i feel regretting and would never come back.

Easy to navigate website, merchandise en route pretty fast and my grandson loves the product.

We purchased a rifle couple months back and a few weeks ago my daughter dropped it and a few items broke. I called in to customer service and they immediately sent us a shipping label, repaired it quickly and sent it back. This guys are great in customer service and follow up through emails and a phone call. They will get more of my business.
