3Excellent customer service! Excellent people! Excellent items! Will buy again and again
Brought my gun to get the velocity changed. They said it'd be like $30. Came back to pick it up a few days later and the tech had replaced the barrel. The guy working the counter didn't know why. They charged me $150.
Next day I went to play and the new barrel had been installed wrong and was shooting terrible. Had to find another tech to fix it.

This is the first 1 star review I have ever wrote for any store ever. I hate being THAT person to write a bad review complaining about services, but my issue should be known. It has been TWO YEARS since I returned an item. I’ve called over 20 times (yes, during correct hours) and emailed several times. I even used twitter at one point out of desperation Never have I EVER had THIS much trouble with a store.
