14 Airstream makes the best trailers me I love mine. Sadly, the salesman I dealt with lied to me about the tires on the trailer being new and when they shredded two weeks later Airstream LA completely stopped taking to me instead of fixing the situation.
I guess when you have a product that sells itself you don’t need to care about customer service.
Another amazing experience with Airtream Los Angeles one year after I purchased my 23ft globetrotter, is the airstream storage.
The parking lot of storage was completely remodeled, its design and management is quite professional, when I need some coordination with my “neighbors” or exchange parking pad, Lilia, the manager of storage is really helpful. Her outstanding coordination capability keep my experience excellent after purchase.
Airstream is the icon in Rvs, airstream people is the same.
I recently purchased an Airstream Caravel 20fb from Dave Hupp at the Airstream LA location. When I arranged the purchase I was told I would have to wait about 5 months for arrival, but then he was able to get me into a trailer early that was located at the Orange County location! Thanks Dave! He and Danny at the Orange County location were super helpful and then arranged for the trailer to be delivered to the LA location (much closer to my home) in order for me to set it up in their storage lot facility. Lilia Dominguez was a HUGE help arranging for a spot in the storage lot that had plenty of room for me to practice pulling out and parking the trailer before I head out on the road with it this summer! Thanks Lilia!

From my first call into the dealership to 7 months post-delivery and use of my coach, Airstream Los Angeles has always been there to answer ALL my questions and help me through my service and storage needs.
I started off my sales experience with Jeremy L and it was quite different than any other vehicle I had ever purchased. There was no feeling of pressure and he was always there to answer my questions pre and post-sales as they come up over time.
To say our service advisor is Aaron could not be more patient and helpful is an understatement! We have gone through numerous upgrades to the coach (200Ah Solar Lithium, 3" Lift, 2" Hitch Receiver) and he has always been very helpful throughout my various service related questions and needs as we have hit a few snags as first time owners.
We also use the storage lot frequently and in touch with Lilia often. Similar to my previous experience with others listed in this review, she is extremely helpful and has always gone out of her way to help us and answer all of our questions.
John V also helped us in a pinch over a holiday weekend and it is appreciated.
My family and I appreciate all of the hard work from not only these folks but also others at the dealership, especially in the service department. They have made it possible for our family to have great memories and look forward to amazing experiences.

Paul was so helpful. He explained things we didn't even think of. He spent a lot of time with us even though he knew we weren't buying just yet. He did not pressure us at all. We will be going back to Paul.
The sale department is great. The service rude and shouldnt be in customer service. I called in the morning about getting my rig and asked if it could be rinsed off. Nothing was done when I got there. They didn't even know where my rig was. His response too busy to deal with it. And the parts department. Horrible the guy couldn't even get off his butt or his personal phone to even address my question. I will be looking for somewhere else to get my service.
I like how they have most of the trailers open so you can walk inside. Great selection and so many options. Very friendly staff though they can be a bit too much and follow you around. I understand they are sales people but sometimes it's nice to look on your own

We went there to check out Airstream flying cloud 30 ft. When we entered, sales person Jeremy greeted us and let us check out many different models. He let us take time to look around and gave us so many useful information. He was so helpful and honest and he really looks after your interest. I will purchase when the model that I am looking for is available and right price for me. I highly recommend this place and don't forget to ask for Jeremy:)
I'm testing Travel Trailers for size and comfort for use when we start shooting my next project.the first one after the long "Hiatus" I took to raise my son!

Another great service experience here. The new Service Manager, Lisa is outstanding.totally customer focused. Called her this last weekend and asked to have a lock replaced that wasn't working well. I brought it up and they were able to repair it on the spot. From Diane in sales to Lisa to technicians like Israel, service is outstanding here. I called another dealer in San Diego first and their comment to me was, our next appointment isn't until March
