They gave me good deal but when the airline not us or them changed flight times they billed us a $100 due to the small print. First and time and last that i will use Airetrkt

Is a scam company. Deduct my money without give me ticket. I tried to call them, the service guys just transfer to voice record without doing anything

I wish I could select -5 stars because they’re for sure a scam. I booked 2 fly ticket with them last year. They canceled one and them and did not want to give me a refund. They keep on blocking my calls and putting me on hold. I called back the day after the guy told me that they would give me a credit for a next fly. I took it because it’s better then nothing. This year when a call to use the credit no one answer the line for the credit ticket by coincidence and the only line working is the one for new reservation. For sure a scam guys don’t use the website it’s not worth it. Plus the agents are rude

Reserved 4 tickets. This service charged over $20 above the actual cost of the total fare. The service also charged me for extras that were not reflected on the actual reservation. Save your money as this is not a reputable service.

An absolute SCAM.
After booking online, agent called me and wanted the email address and phone number directly attached to the credit card I used. He told me if I did not, he would cancel the ticket. I said yes, let's do that. They charged me a cancelation fee for a ticket that was never even booked/confirmed. Good Grief.

I booked a trip for 2 because the price was great. They switched it to one (which was by far one of the most expensive) and told me they could not refund a certain part of the charges equaling about $40. They are a scam, lie about what they do, and are nearly impossible to get in customer service, and refused to give my money back even though they made the mistake, and I called them on it within minutes of ordering. Reported to the BBB, and will deter anyone from ever using them, not only for their immoral business practices, but because they were also the most expensive of all the sites I looked at. Do NOT trust or use this company.

I agree with 0 stars. Unfortunately I did not research airtkt before booking an international flight. The flight is not until December and one of the initial flights changed already and we received an email saying that we had to confirm or the tickets could not be confirmed. We were then charged $75/ticket for this change which we did not initiate. After contacting customer service I was told there was nothing that could be done.

This is a total scam you can't get ahold of anyone by phone and all they do is email you a fake reservation and take your money

Worst experience ever with a travel agency. The agent “Alberb” spoke over me as I attempted to explain my need to cancel my flight due to another flight that was cancelled due to weather. Instead of answering my question, he repeated himself several times that the flight I was attempting to cancel “shows no cancellation and I’d need to pay a fee to do so”. What’s worse is that I called the Airline directly, and it appears this company has cancelled my flight anyway, without the voucher/refund re-issued. Though a legitimate “company”, they’re practices are beyond questionable.

DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY. MY ELDERLY FATHER BOOKED A FLIGHT WITH THEM AND IT IS NOT A LEGITIMATE AGENCY. THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. YOU WILL BE ON HOLD FOR HOURS IF YOU "PRESS 2 TO CHANGE AN EXISTING RESERVATION". WHEN I FINALLY SPOKE TO AN AGENT, I HAD TO TELL HIM WHAT FLIGHT I WANTED TO CHANGE THE RESERVATION TO - I WAS USING GOOGLE FLIGHTS AND COULD PULL UP OPTIONS FASTER THAN HE COULD. HE SAID THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO CALL THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY TO SEE IF THE CHANGE WAS PERMITTED - BUT THEN TOLD ME THAT HE LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THEM AND WOULD CALL ME BACK. HE THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE WITHOUT CONFIRMING ANY OF MY CALL DETAILS. I USE TRAVEL AGENCIES FOR WORK ALL THE TIME AND THERE HAS NEVER BEEN AN INSTANCE WHERE SOMEONE "LEAVES A MESSAGE" FOR THE AIRLINE. I CALLED BACK AND THEN DIALED "1 TO MAKE A NEW RESERVATION. " SOMEONE IMMEDIATELY ANSWERED AND WHEN THEY FOUND OUT I HAD AN EXISTING RESERVATION, THEY JUST TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD "TRANSFER ME TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT" AND THEN I WAS ON HOLD AGAIN. DO NOT - REPEAT - DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.

I had to cancel flight, they charged a lot, and then took forever on the phone to reschedule with them. I will never use them again.

Please read the other reviews, this is a scam. After booking a flight, and not receiving the e-ticket, I started getting worried. I called customer service and waited on hold for about 2 minutes before going to Google to read the reviews. Immediately hung up the phone and called my bank to stop the transaction, and luckily was able to stop it in time. Dont give these guys your money.
