Chris Salinas was so amazing! I’m extremely needy and had so many questions. He was very patient and taught me a lot about my policy and different discounts that I qualified for. Told me when to call back and ask about lower rates. Saved me so much money today on my car insurance! Someone needs to give this man a raise! Lol

I’ve been with AIS Since the early 2000’s and have always received great customer service. Today, was no different. I’d misplaced my proof insurance cards, so Alfonso Garcia emailed them to me before I even got off the phone. Whiplash! Wait. That’s probably a bad metaphor for an auto insurance broker. Lol. But seriously, Alfonso couldn’t have been more kind, polite or professional.
