24I love coming to AJ! I also love my tutor, Christina, who works with me on math and SAT practice. Before I started coming to AJ with Christina, I did not like having tutors. But now I look forward to our sessions because it is a great place to be tutored. I learn a lot but I also have fun, and they give me yummy snacks.
My experience has been incredible at AJ Tutoring. My tutor, Jamie Nguy, has helped me in all subjects. She taught me good study skills and helped me prepare for the school year over the summer. Jamie has a fun and energetic personality. I would highly recommend her for math and study skills!
I have had a very superb experience here at AJ Tutoring, with Jamie Nguy as my tutor. She tutored me in geometry originally, giving me supplementary practice problems to help me master key concepts. Now she tutors me in algebra 2, where I do exceedingly well, thanks to her constant support, encouragement, and perseverance in helping me understand the material. I would 10/10 recommend her as a math tutor, and AJ Tutoring is a really great place (they have the best free snacks)!
I had Tristan as my SAT tutor and my score went from a 1310 on the first practice test to 1520 on my latest one. The classes were effective and they were as less boring as possible for an SAT class.
