This company made me feel at ease. Every other company told me I needed to fumigate. This caused a lot of stress with having a newborn. Yvonne spoke with me on the phone for quite some time and was so encouraging and helpful. Scott came out for the service (drill and spray). He was quick, polite, and thorough. I honestly wouldn’t use another company in the future strictly because of the amazing customer service (but also for allowing me to make a decision that I felt was best for my family).

No matter how “strong” their treatment was it never solved anything! Do not recommend. Plus they over charge!

Love this company been using them for a while and Akela has never disappointed. I had to reschedule a couple of times and it was easy to do so within them. Always professional and polite.

The customer service has always been bad
If only you could have showed that when I was there instead of getting benefits for their employees you buy new trucks under company money and fired people when it was convenient for you. Instead of taking pay cuts for yourself. I hope the best for your company Good luck.

I have used Akela Pest Control for several years and have always had a good experience. Their technicians are very professional and friendly. They always do a really good job. If I have any problems in between scheduled services, a simple phone call to their office is all it takes to get a tech out at no extra charge. I live next to a field, so we get it all, mice, rats, scorpions, spiders, earwigs, ants and on and on. Anyone who has any combination of these issues would be a fool not to sign up for their service. I have been a customer at least three years. Each person that has come out have been extremely polite and courteous. Anything I have ever asked has been answered on the spot. No complaints at all. I always have inside sprayed as well, yet the one time I found a few spiders and couple silver fish in my hallway, they returned a few days after I called.

As far as I am concerned this seemingly family run business is great HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They can be relied upon, punctual in their arrival, attentive to our concerns, and have effectively resolved our problem
