Awesome way to contact the guest staying at your hotel especially if they are out and about and need to contact them. Or if in not at the front desk I can read the messages in my phone and respond fast.

I absolutely LOVE Akia! It has tremendously enhanced our guest check in, retention and assistance. With the messaging features, guests are able to request things at anytime from anywhere with ease. It's really transformed our whole hotel experience and I feel like it's elevated our Hotel as well.

I'm obsessed with Akia! The automatic messages are super cool - they help guests and make our life easier. Checking people in and out is a breeze now, and we have more time to make guests happy. Very easy to use. Most importantly, with their AI, it helped reduced the amount of fraud and chargebacks.

I manage an independent hotel and we started using Akia about a year ago to help communicate with our guests. We love the system and it has certainly increased our communication. One of the features that I love is that Akia sends out a reservation confirmation. We have found that guests tend not to open their confirmations that are emailed but they open the text they receive so we have been able to catch reservation errors much faster. You can also send out a broadcast message to all inhouse guests which is very convenient. If you are looking for a texting system for your business then you should really check them out.

I recently had the privilege of experiencing the Akia product tailored for hotels, and it has significantly elevated the guest experience by revolutionizing the way hotels manage and enhance the guest journey. Akia effectively streamlines various hotel processes, from check-in to room service requests. The platform's intuitive design simplifies complex tasks, allowing guests to navigate seamlessly through their stay while enabling hotel staff to deliver exceptional service with ease.

Akia is a total game-changer! As someone in the hotel industry, I can't emphasize enough how valuable this platform is. It not only helps us keep our customers happy but also streamlines our day-to-day operations. The text-messaging feature is a game-changer in itself, enhancing our communication and boosting our revenue. If you're in the business and looking for a way to create satisfied customers while making your operations smoother, you absolutely need Akia!

I am an active paying customer. Their offering can be pretty powerful tool for consolidating guest communications - that is what drew me to their service as a vacation rental provider. What I did not know was that their offering had a glaring hole as it relates to AirBnB and I determined that until that issue was resolved, I could not use their service. This feedback was provided 3 months ago, and I was told in mid-August that the integration with AirBnB would be completed in the next couple of weeks. They continue to bill me my monthly service fee as if they are actually providing me a service and they do not even respond to my multiple requests for an update on AirBnB integration. Based on the management alone, I would just say, look elsewhere, these guys are not ready for primetime.

Great platform. Works the way it should. However, this company needs to change their name. The term Akia is a hate symbol recognized by the ADL and has been for a while. Not cool.
