I went car shopping at “Casey’s Premium Cars” last Monday to look for a used vehicle. I was greeted by Qaiz Khan, who made me feel very comfortable at the car lot and he showed me around and guided me through the available cars there.
I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Qaiz was very informative and he was answering every question that I had, patiently. Nowadays, it’s commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t really care and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. I had a no hassle, great experience with Sunny and Christina. I enjoyed dealing with both of them. They did everything they told me they would do and I am very pleased with my Toyota FJ. I had been looking for a used one for quite awhile and this one fit the bill. I recommend them to others and would buy from them again.

Best place to buy. Very easy process. Kristina was very helpful with the paper work and Sunny was very helpful and kind. Made buying a car seem like a piece of cake.

My car broke down unexpectedly, and within 24 hours I was back on the road of a vehicle seamlessly financed at Alghani auto group. Kristina is a superstar, and Suni very responsive in addressing my concerns.

Purchased a 2007 Lexus is350 and broke down on the same day I purchased, they made me pay for the towing they requested and they had picked up, and am now dealing with getting my down payment back after a month of just hassle and struggles have to say my first time purchasing a vehicle off the lot has been the worst experience ever with them I am just hoping to receive my down payment back as I have not heard from them i have tried calling numerous times and no longer am receiving an answer they are also stating that the bank would charge me a fee between 550$ to 850$ for supposedly cancellation fees. I contacted the bank and the bank stated that their are no fees that they don’t know what the dealership is talking about. With all this sunny whom I thought was the owner states is not the owner but just the manager the manager which is the only one able to give me my money back and is the only one that has a say so in anything makes me wonder what this dealership is up too.

PLEASE BE ADVISED
To all clients interested in making a purchase in this place, BRING A 3RD PARTY FOR INSPECTION! These people are known to erase codes from their cars so it can be passed by SMOG and be sold! When there are things missing in a car or a service needs to be done, these people will charge you extra when it should be their job to solve the issue. Vehicles such as 2007 Range Rover, 2004 Nissan Titan, 2008 Acura MDX and even the 2013 Toyota Venza have been there for MONTHS unable to be sold. I live a few blocks away from this dealer and my family bought a vehicle from there that was not reliable! It's understandable for there to be issues in a pre-owned vehicle, but as early as on week, finding out they deleted the codes and not even letting their clients know? I wouldn't like for someone to experience this like i did, this isn't honest work man:/ When you purchase a car with a check and being told it takes "3 days to be cleared" NO, NO IT DOES NOT! They like to say it is just cause and it's not fair for us clients to have to wait:/ This review is not to attack no one, BUT TO HELP ANY PERSON BUYING FROM HERE!
BRING A THIRD PARTY MECHANIC WITH A SCANNER

The vehicle was in a flood. There is dried mud up to about 4 feet inside the body. Changed rear bulbs got chunks of dirt. Heater doesn't work properly because there is a dirt clod holding the mechanism stuck. There's been an oil sending issue since purchase. The same part has been replaced 4 times Then we pulled the Oil Pan where there wasn't a gasket and dirt in the pan.
Driving about one day and this rattle in the back sounded inside, but wasn't. Looked at the back outside to find a panel has broken away from mounts.

Literally as I backed into my carport the panel fell off.

This car was purchased to deliver groceries and home goods during the toughest part of the Pandemic. They knew it too. It wasn't drivable for the first 3 months of purchase and was subject to Catalytic converter theft. We asked them repeatedly to help us fix this issue and they're reply is: It's been thirty days, too bad. So, then basically avoid us for thirty days then say they can't help. Huh?

We resorted back to our old Saturn SL 5-speed manual as well was still limited to load potential. We lost money and nearly got the eviction notice. Thanks to the addendum it didn't, but still put us behind a bit.

Like, these guys are those ones you always see on TV driving home to their cushy lives in their fancy cars flapping cash and laughing all the way.

We gave up $3000 when everyone was Locked Down by the CDC and US Government as a deposit and all of our security blanket savings. Since it's financing for it in August of 2020 we've managed to knock down the loan considerably.

Out of pocket expenses at purchase for the next 2 years $3000. It's still not right and has always leaked oil. By default they should have given us our deposit back when we approached them then, but as Used Car Salesmen are.

To fix it got parts from a totally different Model and Engine size. Dealer or Aftermarket parts do not work. This vehicle was modified previous to my ownership and without a Carfax everything is a GUESS.

My wife and I are suckers. Only because we're good people and those who lurk in the pride of darkness will pray upon the goodness of other for the enrichment of themselves.

Thanks to to they're actions we have learned not to trust anyone anymore. Approach every situation with caution and see if we are all together as a community helping each other or there's something in it for them and no one else.

This place has an amazing staff and owner. I just purchased my work car here and I feel very comfortable with Sunny the owner of the shop.
He has best customer service. I will definitely recommend everyone to buy from this dealership.

Please read before trusting these people! I never write any reviews but I’m doing this because I wouldn’t want someone to go through what I almost got into. They tried selling me and my boyfriend a used car with uneven tires so worn out they had tears on them and were about to burst, engine with oil leaks, unchanged filters, chew marks of a rat that had eaten some of the air filter (see photos).

The sales manager was extremely sketchy when we asked about the history of the car. We didn’t even discover all of the issues until we had a 3rd party mechanic inspect it. Thank GOD we did that because who knows how soon that car would have broken down all in multiple areas.

They do not do any maintenance or detailing on their cars. They just don’t really care about what they’re selling. Pretty reckless. They are just trying to flip cars and pull you into their network. They literally told us they’ve given people $200 for writing reviews, so I’m not surprised that another reviewer said the same.

I hope no one buys that Hyundai Sonata or any other cars in that state from them. If you are considering, please make sure you have another mechanic run a full inspection.

I had the best experience at al-Ghani auto group. The entire experience was hazle free and easy. I told them what I was looking for and the price point and they got me exactly what I wanted. I was in out of the dealership in an hour. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I am definitely coming back for my next purchase. I highly recommend them.

These guys refused to give me the LICENSE PLATES that I requested be mailed to my house without begging me to take my bad review off. The Kia Forte they sold me did not even last a year because of transmission problems that I brought to their attention very shortly after purchasing it. Not even a month! They were entirely unhelpful and I warn everyone to steer clear of their shady business. I am 99% sure the car they sold me had a scrubbed title and had been in an accident of some kind after getting two professional opinions from two different mechanics, and even from Kia themselves. I've had a new car for months now and I regret ever stepping foot on this lot.

Here's my old review-

They sold me a car that had a decent number of miles on it, but they said (and the paperwork they had me sign) that it had no major issues. I took it for a test drive, and sure it enough it ran pretty well.

Of course, after buying it, everything began to fall apart all at once, and these guys had no interest in helping me at all. Both axles were bent pretty, none of the wheels were aligned, and the transmission stick was broken. I told them about the condition of the car, and they didn't even try to speak to me about it. Told me they wouldn't help. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life, with how minimal it was.

Now, two months later, the car won't even start. I don't even want to bother with calling them about it now, especially since their warranty was only thirty days. We've spent over $1,200 repairing this car and it still has major issues.tl;dr
Don't come here to buy a used car, no matter how good the prices seem.

I recommend this auto dealer. They are very good in service they just give what I need from the Toyota and it was delivered right away. I am satisfied with their services. And I want to go back here if I want to upgrade my car vehicle.
