If there were 5 stars in the review I would give 6. Robert was polite and very thorough during this visit. I bought the heating and air system 9 years ago from Aladdin and it is great when the days are hot or cold. Very satisfied!

Aladdin did a great job. Technician John Hilario is a good guy. Professional. Knowledgeable and courteous. He serviced my heater properly. Great job. Highly recommend.

Our A/C System broke down on Saturday afternoon, 09/03/22 during the Labor Day Weekend, in the midst of the biggest heat wave of the summer. We immediately phoned our HVAC Maintenance provider who installed our unit in 2004, and from whom we have been receiving regular maintenance checks every six months. Our call was routed to a answering service.and we received no call back for the next 36 hours. We called Alladain Air Conditioning and Heating early on Monday morning (Labor Day), and spoke with Wayne, who despite their heavy schedule, made our call a priority due to our medical needs and immediately dispatched a technician to our home. Within 45 minutes, the technician, Nadar arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and successfully completed the repair within the hour. We are so very grateful to have found this company who is highly professional and responsive to the community's needs. We will not be using our prior HVAC Maintenance provider anymore. It's Alladin Air Conditioning from now on. We have arranged to be a
regular maintenance customer from today forward.

We chose Aladdin to replace our A/C system because we wanted an established, well recognized company. We also wanted a written quote spelling out specifically what would be done. Our sales rep answered all our questions, which put us at ease, and he was present when the installers arrived. The installers were on time and the installation went smoothly. They even fixed a few small things relative to the furnace that the previous repair person missed.
We are very pleased with the quality of the unit, its performance, and the warranty. In addition, Aladdin's employees were knowledgeable and friendly.

The service technician was excellent and performed the needed repairs properly and quickly. He explained everything that he was doing and showed up on-time, even during a major heat wave. It plan to use this service in the future.

My a/c unit stopped producing cold air. Found Alladin on-line and they were able to service and repair my unit within 2 days. The diagnosis was made immediately and the repair was completed. Received a 5-yr warranty and 30 days on parts and labor. Very efficient, professional and reliable. I would definitely recommend Alladin.

Technician arrived as planned to trouble shoot a very old HVAC system. Tech was smart, thorough, respectful and great customer service. System issue resolved and he cleaned up some wiring issues. Highly recommend!

Aladdin was on time and professional. They were here for prevenative maintenance and while they were here, we mentioned that we needed to replace out intake grate. Someone from the office called me the next day and said they would look for the specific size, that it may take some time to find one and that they would get back to me. They called a couple days later to let me know they found one already and came and installed it a few days later. Great company!

My outside A/C units fan motor (25 years old) was beginning to squeal a bit so I called Aladdin Air. They sent out a tech within the hour, his name was John, he was very professional and courteous. He tested the A/C unit and diagnosed the issue, the problem was with the A/C units fan motor. John ended up just having to oil up the fan motors fan coupler, It will eventually will need to be replaced but for now he said their is no need to spend the money and replace it, if and when it gets worse they can replace the fan motor. Hopefully it will last a few more years. He provided me with an estimate for this work. I'm very glad I called Aladdin, I will definitely use the services in the future.

Amazing service csr people rock were able to get me on right away came fix the problem super affordable great prices I will be using Aladdin Always.
