Kenia Answered my call from the jail after being arrested over a roommate dispute. She took all of my info over the phone and didn’t mind that I had to call back repeatedly due to the amount of time the phone allowed. She answered every time. She collected my info accurately, retrieved my property from the jail, even transferred money for me to get out of jail. The bail was posted quickly and I was out before work. She even came back to pick me up and gave me my property. Amazing job Kenia, you saved my job. If I could give 10 stars I would.
