Honestly, I would've given a 5 star rating if I'd had a better experience or the bondsman had of had a bit more empathy or compassion for my situation. I have a steady income, & I can guarantee payments will be made. But my payments have to be smaller cuz I've got a fixed income. I feel like the old Aladdin has much more compassion for their clients and we're more willing to work with us understanding our personal struggles and circumstances. But this group of current bondsman's seems to be a little more money oriented and less compassionate and understanding. Which I feel that is a sign of being in the WRONG PROFESSION. Not to mention when I called regarding my loved ones bail and tried to explain my circumstances to the bail bondsman at Aladdin I was basically cut off very rudely and made to understand that he could care less of the problems Im having whether my payment would be guaranteed or not because all he cared about was the $$$$ and the commission he receives thru my posted bail amount. Personally, I see this job as being one of a humanitarian nature. Meaning to be a bail bondsman you're providing a service to somebody in a stressful situation to provide freedom to the incarcerated and relief of a stressful situation for the family or incarcerated. The state of California has time and again managed to prove that if it's not monetarily motivated there is no compassion for the less fortunate and everything is money oriented. Basically, if you can afford it, the world will be good to you and treat you fairly. Otherwise we are mostly regarded as trash and left without relief and receive no compassion or empathy for our problems. Which is a sad and disgusting reality. So yeah, the 3 stars, I have for the public service you provide in that it is a form of relief. But the customer service and level of care is absolutely pathetic and sad to me. Someday this world will come to realize that money doesn't rule everything and they will wish they treated their fellow humans better. When they end up where they go, it will be much too late for all of them repeated thought to mean anything. But they will still be the only thoughts that they are left with.

First time ever having to go to a Bail bond and I had a great experience Cesar help me out answered all my questions. He was the absolute best.

Aladdin Bail bonds is great at getting you to a better place. Jovany was there for me and was so calm at being professional. Many of my worries disappeared. He helped me in my expectation of being released and in fulfilling my obligations to the court. I was eager to write this as he's an exceptionsl individual
