Went to go bail someone out and was greeted by a gentle man whom was very polite and professional, mind you it was 1am. Fast service and good communication. The next day the other 2 gentlemen who assisted us were also polite and professional. Later on that day I received a call from Ruby that I over paid due to the bills being stuck together. I was very happy to know that she was honest and didn't pocketed the money, very grateful to receive that call. That lets me know that the employees there are trustworthy as well. Yolanda was also very kind and professional whom returned my money the next day. I give them all 5 stars and recommend people to go there.

Someone used my name as a reference for someone getting bail at the Hayward office. I don't know this person, but I do know the bail agent. I'm retired from the Alameda County Sheriff's office and I don't appreciate this at all. I'm considering seeing an attorney regarding this illegal use of my personal information.
