Juan was very helpful answering every (probably silly) question I threw at him. Had all the information I was seeking and quick to respond as this was my first experience with bail. I appreciate his help much as I know a lot about the system but nothing about bailing somebody out. I would highly recommend Aladdin in the future if anyone were seeking assistance.

Just to preface, I have not used the services provided by the company so far as having to get the bail Bond done. I feel compelled to review because have the excellent customer service provided by Juan. I have a complicated situation. I have a brother who is working on Mental Health issues and has gotten to the point where he thinks he's ready to face some damages done in his past. We could not find a way to locate what is warrants are and where they're from due to the way the Sheriff's Department want you to go about things. We did not want to turn him in until we had time to sort out what kind of trouble he was in and whether he should continue his Mental Health First however we got no cooperation from any Sheriff's departments other than to bring him in right then and there and risk him being in for too long and having setbacks. Long story short one was able to explain all sorts of information to me including what kind of bond amounts we're looking at and what kind of warrants so that we could make an informed decision on how to proceed. He could tell I was concerned about the cost and many other things including my brother getting stuck. He called that evening to check on us to see if we had done it and he called again today twice. I do not think he was trying to call too much but truly calling because he cared about our story and wants to help. I get the feeling that we are not the only family in this type of situation so I thought I would review it here in case anybody out there is looking for a fantastic compassionate company to help walk you through these types of things if you're unfamiliar and trying to get things fixed in your life or someone you love life. Since you're looking at bail binds reviews my guess is that life feels difficult today but keep stepping forward it gets better.

Sunny was unhelpful when I was asking about my boyfriend's release date and a random bail amount that I later found out from Jeff at Greg Padilla Bail Bonds was a clerical error and they verified with the jail that my boyfriend would definitely be released on his release date. Sunny wanted me to pay the bail today "to ensure his release" and would not have refunded me if it was a mistake. Unbelievable! Always call a few places so you don't get scammed like Sunny at Aladdin Bail Bonds tried to do to me!
