When Southwest had their meltdown and I was forced to drive my rental from Sacramento to Santa Ana to get home, they were very understanding and accommodating.

The vehicle that I was presented was very much acceptable great shape provided a great ride. Thank you again very much.

I'd like to file a complaint against an employee of your company, a man claiming to be Kevin who works at John Wayne Airport Alamo store.
December 19th, I rented a car of your company at Lax Airport. As soon as I got on the car, I smelled a peculiar smell, which was very pungent. We thought driving for a while with the windows open would solve the problem, but it turns out that the smell doesn't go away, and the air vents kick up a lot of dust in the nose when the air conditioner is on. Such condition causes me and my family to cough and have sore throats. So I decided to go to your store to change a car. I went to John Wayne Airport Store on the 21st and met Kevin, an employee of your company. When I told him that the car had a peculiar smell which made my family feel uncomfortable and that I needed to replace the car, he looked at me suspiciously then asked me where the car was, and let me show it to him, so I took him to see it, but when he got very far away from the car, he refused looking but told me to come into the store and meet him, then told me there was no car to change, he ignored me and went to do something else. I asked him from a distance what to do next. He told me there was no car and I had to wait. I asked him how long the wait would be. He said he didn't know. The whole process was very rude, ill-mannered, indifferent and without a basic quality of service.

We had the easiest time picking up and dropping off the car rental! The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend renting a car at John Wayne airport and Alamo!

I experienced what could of been a MAJOR problem by not choosing the correct return location when I rented online. I could of been charged hundreds for that mistake yet, the ALAMO people were very forgiving and helpful.
