Alamo Rent A Car

It's simple to get to the cars at Palm Springs which is a small airport. The Alamo counter staff was patient and helpful even though they get very busy. The small SUV they rented me ran fine, but this Jeep was very uncomfortable for a city car and not what I had in mind when I rented that class. At over $500 for the week, it's also the most expensive rental I have ever had.

The 15 passenger van was perfect for our annual golf trip to Palm Springs and the desk staff and Pablo at return were friendly as always! The only way to make it better would have been if they could have stored one of the van seats as we needed to remove it to fit all the golf clubs in. Maybe next year!

Our rental experience was great. The vehicle was a tad dirty upon pick up and Jackson was amazing with helping us out. He was kind, respectful, worked very quickly and overall, really looked after us. Knowing I have to return next month, I’m using Alamo again

Honestly our experience was amazing! We arrived at the airport and there were crazy lines at every rental counter except Alamo. It was clear why, they were efficient, friendly and had the car I was promised. 100% will rent from them again next time I’m in Palm Springs!

Landed in Palm Springs after an all day flight and they didn't have the type of car I reserved. I could wait a few minutes or upgrade to a truck. I decided I didn't want to wait, so took the truck. It was a very nice truck, but didn't have Android Auto, which I needed to navigate unfamiliar routes. By the time I got back to the counter, they quickly got me into a nice Rav 4 and even helped transfer my luggage. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the Palm Springs Airport Alamo.

Jaxson was super. He definitely knows how to work with customers. Very knowledgeable and accommodating.

We needed a car for a few days until we got situated. From on-line reservation to turn in, it was a very smooth and easy experience. A great car and good customer service!

2 hour wait in one line for "paperwork", then they send you to a (1.5 hour wait) different line for keys.only to be told after 3.5 hours that the "car was not ready.and keys would be arriving "soon" ". Umm.never again.

Pickup was easy and the van was located right outside baggage claim. Return was seamless and Jasmine was wonderfully nice and helpful!

The counter was well staffed, offered immediate assistance, provided me choice of vehicles, and very pleasant. Staff upon return were also immediately available, check in was rapid, polite, and professional. High regards for the entire PSP Alamo staff.
