5 Very poor service. The employees are not professional. But the worst thing is that they tried to scam us. They wanted us to pay again with a different credit card when it was paid in full weeks ago.
DONT GO TO ALAMO. There are plenty of less expensive and less SCAM companies than this. Thanks for nothing. Have fun when Mastercard comes after for the taking our money and not providing service. So disappointed that a company so close to Disneyland could be such a SCAM.
Picked up our car here, returned to another location.
Service was fast and friendly and our van was ready as planned.
Usually a reservation at a specific time would mean that the car would be ready to pick up.not my experience here. At the counter they said it was lucky someone didn't show up or they wouldn't have a car to fill our paid reservation.been waiting almost an hour now for them to "get the vehicle cleaned and ready". Meanwhile my family has been waiting in the hotel lobby trying to keep kids entertained and we will miss an appointment with friends we were supposed to meet.
Kenya took care of me very well! She is cordial, professional and friendly!
The process was fast! The vehicle was nice and roomy! We reserved a mini van, we got a Pacifica. I waited a bit to have them finish washing it. We noticed the car had a bit of an offensive smell after driving it but that's out of Kenya's control.
We would rent from them again!
We were in Anaheim for a Disney trip. We needed a car for only 2 days and this store was within walking distance and I am glad we were. The service was excellent!
The front desk staff were professional and fun to talk with. The car was in great shape and the manager came out to walk through the car with me. An excellent touch.
After we tried to put the 5 of us in the car we realized we needed a bigger vehicle. The rental place quickly found a bigger vehicle, charged us hardly anything to upgrade, and apologized to us that we picked the wrong car! It certainly wasn't their fault!
Easy drop off after hours. Overall an excellent experience.
