9Over all my experience was very good. Doctor was good and I felt he had great confidence in his ability. One issue I did have was not with the doctor or his imitate staff but with the person that answer's the phone if you call with a question. I called several times with questions leading up to my surgery and not once received an answer to one of the questions. This is the only reason not to give 5 stars

Arrowhead orthopedics gave me my life back! Before my surgery I was daily in 9/10 pain. I was struggling to work, shop for myself and live a life at all. I was walking around in tears daily. Surgery isn’t an immediate fix so I am still in pain BUT it is MANAGEABLE thanks to them. They took and continue to take great care of me and I’m forever grateful. Alan is one of the main people I see, he listens and actually cares, which means a lot. Very professional and cheerful.
I love.love this facility! From the front office the staff and everyone greeted nicely and the PA I was assigned to was very professional and answered all my questions without feeling rushed.

I have unfortunately had the need to utilize Arrowhead Orthopedic over the years but fortunately they are great at their jobs. I think their PA s are just as proficient as the Specialists, which opens being seen up to sooner than later.
