1 We were catching a flight with two kids on the morning of Dec 17,2022. The experience is horrible, super looooong lines with lots of people missing fights. The line goes round and round even reached delta airlines booths.
We arrived 2 hours before departure time, but still cannot get to the check-in on time. No staff explaining what is happening, no staff try to guild people to the right lanes, and lots of people trying to cut lines in the chaos.
What makes it worse is the staff accidentally canceled our return flights, and the line of Alaska airline cannot be connected. We tried to call multiple numbers on the website, but it kept telling me to dial 911 for emergency. The supposed-to-be 24/7 message service also gave me error messages for multiple attempts. We have to arrive extra early for the return flight to settle down the return ticket issue.
We travel every holiday season, worst experience ever.
