Dropped my friend off with his car is supposed to be a 2-hour experience after waiting 4 hours and no phone call they said it'd be another 4 hours for a pickup so disappointed we decided to take the car to another the 15,000 mile check up on his new car that he had bought from them this is the second time this has happened to him cuz he had bought another car from them never going back this seems to be a habit with the service department there really a bummer!
