Albertsons, Chino Hills CA

This is crazy, but everyone was helpful even though the meat refrigerators had stopped working. It was an emergency for them, but they still were helping customers as though everything was cool. Very cool, calm and collect.

3 stars makes sense. Hit or Miss here. Frances is AMAZING. I called to buy out the store on the water and she made me feel so valued but I never received a phone call from the Assistant Store Manager Ron to arrange.

Don't call Saturday morning Vanessa is so miserable to be at work and Roman is too.

The worst thing a company can do for its brand is hire people who don't want to be there or want to help it's customers weekend or not. I prefer consistency as a consumer and most importantly human.

A very nice upscale store. This location has an embedded Starbucks, a flower store with great arrangements, and a cleaners. A great one stop shopping location.

Clean store and friendly staff. Very typical of an Albertson’s franchise. I go to the store pretty often for little things my wife needs while I am on the way home from work. They haven’t let me down yet. I would recommend this store.

Nice big store. They usually have every sale item in stock. Plus it they don't carry something you use and they don't carry it fill out a card and it will be in stock.

Everything is super pricey here. I find the same products at smart and final down the street for less than half the cost.

I have been a customer since the day this Albertsons opened and I have never been disappointed.
Customer service is fabulous, store is always clean and shelves are always stocked.

It's a good Albertson's. A little lacking in some items and definitely harder to find it's.s compared to other Albertson's.

My first thought was wow, this market is awesome and everything looks fresh. To my dissapointment, some stuffed scallops we ordered were spoiled and smelled sour!

Very clean and friendly store. Lack some stock each time I go into the store which is very frustrating. But I guess that happens in most stores, however, I still feel it is worth mentioning, and would give the stock of the store about a 75% it does need to improve in stocking items. Plus one of the things i did notice were dig treats variety is very limited.

Sorry I did not get the name of the lady that is usually monitors the self check out registers. She is very pleasant and personable. Thank you for your kind assistance each time I have stopped by.

Very big supermarket. Not many visitors around so it looks empty. There is also team shop of Los Angeles Rams inside.

Easy check out and shelves are well organized with a large selection of choices ~ great place to shop for cereal.

Just didn't have some of the products I needed. I even had one of the associates to ask a manager after I looked thoroughly and he apologized for then not having what I needed.

High quality best store in the city. I have been going here for a long time and compared to the other Albertsons in the city, this one has to be the best.

Fresh crab legs? Yes they’re a month old! The meat didn’t even come out, and when it did it tasted like garbage, you guys are incredibly overpriced too for such trash! Sams club is a thousand times as good as your garbage “fresh” produce

The service is great especially the one guy in the dry cleaning department named Aaron cause he is super kind and is always helpful.

Convenient location. Fresh produce. And there is a Starbucks!

Meat is so-so. Staff is sparse, as-is customer service. Also just like all Albertsons, it’s expensive.

I’ll keep going solely because it’s convenient.

Beautiful, fresh produce! Butcher on site for specialized cuts of meet. Fresh seafood.
Well lit and easy to maneuver and when you check out you can choose friendly staff or do it yourself.

They have an excellent butcher for starters, as well as fresh sea food, and sales.you can't beat anywhere else.
