I purchased / order via online through the store because they did not have my size available! I wanted to speak to an associate but your not able to all you get is a recorded vmail that u can't leave a message! I'm super disappointed! And I am still waiting to receive my items! The normal shipment time is 3-5 business day! It's been 12 days! Still waiting!
