Worst attention at customer service. I bought a pair of shoes at Cabazon outlets California and it’s been 7 days past the due date for arrival. I tried to track them and nothing showed in the screen, tried to contact through chat and left me waiting for more than 15 mins and left, then called customer service number and after 11 mins someone answered and told me that there was a problem with my product and will need to go back to the store to get a refund!
That’s absurd when you don’t even live in the area! I tried to call the store and no one answered.
I’m so mad and frustrated!
