Our technician (I’m sorry, I forgot his name) is the NICEST, most thorough technician we’ve EVER had. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working correctly and to make sure you understand how everything works. The customer service we’ve always received from Alert 360 is the main reason we continually renew our contract with them!

We had techinian Angel put in another monitor in our bedroom today. He was courteous, professional and efficient. He took the stuff out of our hall closet, vacuumed up the dust, put the stuff back and was very helpful. Alert 360 is lucky to have him. Thanks Angel!

We have hired this company for a number of installations for our properties to date. My experience began a number of years ago when days after our (then) home was targeted for a break in. I had a very bad experience with Vivent and Alert 360 came in, fixed everything, made upgrades and repairs, left everything clean and tidy, stayed to make sure I understood everything and had everything programmed and adjusted to my preferences. They are really sweet people and care about the customer. On top of all of that, they have great and fair prices by comparison.

I explained to Adam, the one who assisted with the contract for purchasing the alarm, that my reasoning for wanting the alarm was to prevent someone from breaking in because it was happening at my previous apartment. I signed the contract because he assured me that the alarm couldn't be jammed or tripped and that it would be triggered if someone was to break in. Well, unfortunately, someone did break into my apartment while I was away and smeared substances all over my carpet and comforter, move things and oddly, the alarm never triggered. Since then, more things have happened in my apartment while never triggering the alarm. Things that make you say. And yet, I still haven't received any help or security.

Had an issue and Alert 360 tech came out just before 5 pm the same day I called in & fixed it quickly & had me back up & running!

In the past, the system worked great and the support was wonderful.

But yesterday, the technician, who looked very bored, hooked up a new main panel to replace our obsolete one.

He showed us how to arm/disarm the system, and continued to work on it.

He left while we weren't watching, and left without saying anything. When I went to check the thermostat settings, there were no thermostats.

Calling the support number, we were told the tech had a problem and deleted them. We had to reschedule for the middle of November to get someone else sent out, to correct his problem.

Just had Tina from Alert 360 visit our home to service our alarm system. She was fantastic and provided the best customer service experience. Thank you Tina for going above and beyond to take care of our needs we appreciate you very much!

Tina was great! We have had three other techs out here to help us with our doorbell Ring and no one was able to resolve it or give us the information we needed. She was also able to fix our connectors. I wish they would’ve sent her the first time.
