AleSmith Brewing Company reviews
10Nice space, axe throwing, catering truck for food, TV screens for sports. Didn't give a 5 star because Men's bathroom stalls did not have toilet paper, only one sink was working and couple mirrors broken.
Absolutely love the atmosphere and service! Many amazing features, rad activities for entertainment including a Tony Gwynn museum, axe throwing and line dancing! A must visit when in San Diego!
This is one of my favorite breweries in town. I've been here a couple of time whenever I'm meeting for drinks with one of my friends. They have a great selection of different beers such as lagers, IPAs, etc. They also usually have food trucks just outside and the food is pretty decent from the food trucks. The only issue is parking is limited and can be a bit difficult to get, but everything else is great about AleSmith.
Fantastic selection of vintage, seasonals and specials found in a really laid back, unpretentious and spacious indoor / outdoor local. Taco truck present on Tuesday when we arrived PM. Friendly staff and light casual atmosphere perfect for informal trivia events or other social get togethers. Nice toons to boot.
(2023 edit) - even more phenomenal beers on tap (like 20 you can't find anywhere else). And the Taco truck was there on a Sunday this time. Baja Tacos rock And now they have combined the great beer (and wine) offerings with another special feature! Axe Throwing! Who doesn't ever feel like throwing axes at stuff, right! Winner.
A cool brewery, lots of beers to choose from and plenty of parking. Have been here a few times and will be back.
We had a group event there in November. The beer service line was long but moved very quickly. The beer was tasty, cold, and fresh. The atmosphere was loud due to the open space warehouse feel.
Taco truck parked outside made some tasty burritos.
San Diego's largest tasting room with an on-site museum and a speakeasy with special stouts. Fire pits and food trucks outside.
Very cool atmosphere inside and a good choice / range of beers that are rotated regularly, as well as the classics such as their IPA range. Highly recommend
Place is nice! There was a car show the day I went and serbice was fast. Plent of spece to chill and get a nice beer. I had the Mexican Lager and it was great. Will head out there again. My wife and I had a great time!
One of my all time SD favorites. Some of the best craft beer in the city and just a great overall vibe going on in their tasting room. Great indoor and outdoor space and lots on tap that you can't find anywhere else.
