I move frequently and am always nervous to bring Shih-Tzu to a new groomer. He is a senior dog and quite a "push-over" and does not do anything to defend himself, so I always worry groomers will be rough with him.

This is the third time I've taken him to Alessandro's Pet Spa, and I'm always satisfied with the result. My dog always looks SO cute and happy when he comes out - he always even gets a cute little accessory like a bowtie. He's a senior dog, but he looks like a cute puppy when he comes out! Everyone on the streets always says he is so handsome after a haircut.

The owner is also always very kind, professional, and reassuring.

I love the consistent quality. I recommend Alessandro's for anyone who is nervous about their older dogs getting a haircut.

Always take my goldendoodle to Alessandro's place. Cutest haircut! Very thorough with ear, nail, gland, etc care you would need. Can tell how sincere he is for my dog and other doggies' best needs. Love his dog too who would stay with me while waiting.

I had a very bad experience with Alessandro, he is a very annoying, arrogant man, the previous owner Martin was much more charismatic and very kind.

I adopted an abused puppy 10years ago.my dog was very afraid of people.so I couldn't take her to the grooming shop.it was the same after many years. I went to about 10 place in my area.but I couldn't take her the second time same place.she struggled like crazy not to get in at the door.it was my heartbroken. It was so hard.and then from the day I met alessandro, my dog and I become so comfortable. I couldn't believe it. I've been going to him for over 5years now.my dog doesn't go crazy anymore and follow him now. I always say special thanks to alessandro.my dog and I know he really loves all dogs.

Alessandro and his team are the best! My dog is high anxiety and very tough to work with, but they are very patient with him, even when he is not being friendly. I will continue to come here as long as I can!

First of all, this place smells. They don't know how to cut Miniature Schnauzer's hair. My baby looks ugly. I want to get my money back. 75$ over charges for this?

I’ve been customer of alessandro since 2017. He’s very good with dogs, very gentle. And my boy Gizmo a maltipoo loves alessandro. Gizmo is always excited every time he has groomers appt with alessandro. I Highly recommended Alessandro Pet Spa to all dog parents out there. If there’s a 10 stars i will give Alessandro 10 stars review.

This was my first time at Alessandro’s and it was a great experience! Christy, Dora and Alessandro were all extremely kind and asked all of the right questions. It’s clear that they really love dogs. My appointment happened right on time, and my pups look and smell great! Will definitely be returning to this great spot in the neighborhood.

Dora is very nice and extremely flexible! I really appreciate everything that you did for my babies! It was my first time coming to this groomer and it was an unforgettable experience. My dog is very anxious and Dora was able to handle her and she made my dog and I feel safe! She's amazing with animals! I've never had a groomer like her. She didn't need to put a muzzle on my dog at all! Or add extra charges for bitting. I was extremely surprised and satisfied with everything. Dora had a lot of patience with my dog and she was very respectful with my dog's personality and attitude hahaha I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend her as a groomer Also!
