When we started looking for realtors in 2022, we were seeking a thoughtful, knowledgeable, construction/renovation-minded partner to help us 1.) find a new home that would meet the current and future needs of our growing family of five and 2.) help position our existing home, which was a labor of love, in the best possible way for sale. We think it goes without saying but, we also wanted someone who's deeply knowledgeable about the East Bay - El Cerrito down to Oakland being our target market.
