I went with Alex Perez Roofing Inc because of there amazing online reviews! Nathan was great to work with and was very thorough with estimate presentation. Luis, Fidel and Juanito did an excellent job with my roof, they cleaned up everyday, they were always on time, and worked very hard everyday until the job was completed. I love my new roof by Alex Perez Roofing! Thanks for the great experience!

Alex was very professional and thorough. We needed a part of our roof repaired due to a broken tile that caused water damage to our roof. Alex explained everything that would be completed to repair the damage and provided recommendations for concerning areas on the roof that should be addressed to avoid future problems. Work was completed in a timely manner.

Alex Perez Roofing was courteous and professional throughout our association and was the only company who responded to us after a severe storm left us with a leaking roof. The office staff was responsive and communication was outstanding! When Manuel came out to give us an estimate, his knowledge and expertise was evident; he explained in detail what the job would entail and instilled confidence with his recommendations which included the leak and tile repair and some preventative maintenance to extend the longevity of our roof. Alex's team rescued us when the ceiling in our daughter's room collapsed during a rain storm. Alex personally answered his phone on the first call and managed to fit us in during a very busy time. Just like the last time he worked on our roof, everything turned out just as he estimated. I continue to highly recommend him to all our friends!

Great company! They do quality work. Alex is very friendly and professional. He takes pictures when he’s on the roof and shows you what he sees as necessary work. He explains what will be done.

This is the second time I have hired Alex Perez Roofing, because I was so pleased with Alex, his crew, and their work several years ago.

Let me start with, I highly recommend Alex Perez Roofing for workmanship, quality of products, employee professionalism, and especially customer service. I didn’t know him before this project, but I have already referred people to him, including a contractor friend that said he is always looking for a great roofer.

I needed a complete new roof on a rental quickly as weather was changing. I was also preparing to replace the entire roof HVAC unit as well. I’ve dealt with other roofers that attempted to get things by my elderly mother so I wasn’t looking forward to this project.

I researched roofers and found Alex Perez Roofing. I decided to get a bid. Alex is young and energetic. He provided a bid when I met him. The price included all new flashing throughout and a complete roofing system. The bid was very competitive so I went with them. Alex also recommended an HVAC company that he could work with to complete the entire project in a few days. The HVAC company provided a very competitive bid and confirmed they could easily coordinate with Alex.

What FAR exceeded my expectations was Alex’s commitment to customer service. When the weather changed quickly during the project, Alex provided extra manpower to complete it before the rain that very same day. The jobsite was left as clean as it was when they arrived. The roof and HVAC was completed in 3 days, with Alex working on the roof for 2 days. The finished project is one that can be enjoyed for years to come.

I hired Alex Roofing because I had cracked roof tiles and areas of the roof that were exposed and not covered. They did an excellent job, are very experienced and went above and beyond by repairing extra areas that they noticed beyond the work estimate. The communication all the way around was excellent too, as I had many questions and they never rushed and took the time to explain it all. They are a great family business, very fair on the price that has true pride in their work.

They were amazing after job was finished had everything cleaned and good to go. Were very respectful with regards to covid precautions.

I live in Folsom and have a cement tile roof with covered valleys. There was a leak in our guest room with the last rain. I called Alex, he arrived promptly the same day and was able to quickly troubleshoot the leak which was due to plugged up valleys. He gave me several options for repair. He is very knowledgeable and explained my options in detail. The valleys plug up with grit from the tile roof, leafs moss and debris create dams which divert the rain water outside of the valleys and into your home. Alex’s crew removed the tiles covering the valleys and inspected and cleaned them out and replaced any tar paper which was damaged. The crew did a great job cleaning the valleys and removing moss buildup. They were professional and left the work areas around the house cleaner than they were when they started. I would recommend Alex Perez Roofing and his crew for any roofing needs.

After Alex walked through the details of his plan for a variety of roof repairs and updates needed for my concrete tile roof, I felt confident about his solutions. He also explained some potential downsides of competitor bids.
