Alexander Station Apartments, Gilroy CA

This place when when I first moved was good it was okay and the management people actually helped you but that was 2 and a half years ago the new management I’m sorry they suck at there job and they don’t help you with nothing. I moved out I didn’t get kicked out it was 2 much going on there it was horrible anyway I moved out it’s been almost 2 months and I still haven’t got my deposit back which should have been at least $400 cause I bleached and cleaned my unit for them the only thing they probably had to do was run a carpet cleaner over the 2rooms. Let me get to the point don’t move here if you enjoy ur piece and don’t wanna work with lousy management.
All they keep telling you is we’re looking in to it or pati is in a meeting all the time and I’ve been calling for 3 weeks straight she seems to always be in meetings and Lorraine needs to be more polite when she answers the phone she’s always very rude.and I even have pictures of my clean apartment if I could upload them I would……………

This property has gone down hill I have lived here for nearly 3 years and the new management already has favoritism and don’t take no responsibility for there property I used to LOVE it here but now it has changed so much and not for the better I could never get ahold of anyone to get a straight answer with out hounding them down which I feel is to much as a resident the trash rooms smell the apartments are getting ants and there are roaches now coming in the building! The kids here play unsupervised and make a mess on the property there are always fights on the weekends, the parking is being taken by the office even though it’s for our visitors and the loading zones as well are for us residents and the office feels the need to take those as well? ! It’s terrible here the management here has favoritism, and if you’re not related to them or know them personally, they will do nothing for you they only do things that benefit themselves this new management be replaced, and the city needs to step in and realize that this building is poorly ran and that the people here that are moving in recently or making it worse in the management does not care as long as the owner gets their money

These apartments are the worst, they are very dangerous. Especially If you are white person, my son has been approached several times by Hispanic men, The last time one of them spit in his face, they tried to go after him, but he was able to jump in his car and take off. Talking about racism, it's not coming from us, It's being directed towards us. The apartment managers are the worst. They do nothing at all to make this community apartment building safe. They absolutely do not try to get the best tenants possible as they are associates of the management. Even the elderly sick are being abused and taken advantag and and being charged ridiculous amount. No one is auditingThis low-income housing, Has somebody needs to go over the books with a fine tooth comb. Unfortunately, for some reason, my son is the only white person living in these 2 buildings.
I mean, he cannot be the only low-income person of that ethnicity. Maybe this city should get involved and the police. Even The children that hang around there are very rude and no matters. The older children that is. I know all of this from experience. Gilroy I thought was a great place to live. But these apartment buildings have made it ghetto.

This place is off the hook, live at your own risk, but what do you expect living on this side of town.place is horrible.something happens they do nothing about it you have to be best friends or relative with management in order to see something done around here

There is nothing luxurious about this complex. The grounds are horribly cared for. There is broken security gates and keys pads, graffiti everywhere, very dirty and unsafe. The elevators don't work properly disabled and senior citizen are being stranded on upper floors as well as in the elevators. The office/maintenance staff are not always available during "open hours". I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to live here.
