Time management coaching is the best investment my org has ever made in me - seriously. It changed my life. Alexis is a great and gentle coach with lots of magic tips and tricks you would have to spend hours researching. Her method is simple and gives you time to make adjustments, try them out, and interate. She problem solves with you in real time, which is also hugely helpful. To top it off, she's brilliant, funny, and has seen it all (the slipping back into habits, the rationales of why it won't work) and knows how to talk you back onto the cliff.
It's worth every penny. Do it.
