It was my first experience here at Alexis Occasions and I enjoyed it. The prices are great and customer service is excellent. The staff is amazing and I would recommend coming to check it out for yourself.

On several occasions, when we really needed a nice suit in a hurry, all the staff Alexis Occasions helped us so kindly and so efficiently. You can’t beat the value for the price.

Rude customer service calling in. Asked about a dress fitting and was told no, not today, and then cut off when I tried to ask for availability later this week and hung up on. Definitely not impressed.

I've been here 3 times and they always go above and beyond and their prices are very reasonable. They're a small shop and can get a little busy, but their courteous, quick staff make it a breeze.

I had 3 skirts fixed because the closure hooks had come off. They fixed those but also found an issue with the hem on one of the skirts and fixed that for free. They altered a size 14 lace dress with lining down to a size 6 and it came out looking like new and fit me perfectly. I got a lot of compliments on that dress!

They're great for Halloween too if you need something fancy, they often have clearance dresses and are more than happy to take the time to help you find something great.

It's close to the freeway and there's always parking out front. I'm so happy to have this wonderful little shop so close to home!

My wife ordered an excessively large mens suit online and needed it tailored to her size and cut. We had to have the alterations done and ready in a week. The team at Alexis Occcasions had promised it would be done in time, infact it was done in less than 24 hrs. The suit looks and fits perfectly and we couldn't be more satisfied! Thank you for all the hard work! We will be back soon for my suit.

I brought a suit of mine in to get fitted by Margarita and she did an amazing job. She completed the work ahead of time and I was able to walk out of the door with ny new tailored suit in just a few days. The prices are fair and the results are exeptional. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her and I will definitely be back.

I had a very good experience and the employees were very helpful and very friendly. I felt very safe and very comfortable because of my weight. They made me feel relaxed and very welcome. An I well recomend your store to my all my friends. This is the experience my oldest sister had. There when she went in to get something done.

They have beautiful dresses and suits etc. But the services is not that great they only have two people working and they have people all the time so they need more workers and when i went to get what i wanted i waited almost 30 minutes and came back the next day sense i really liked it but this time it took them less time to attend which was good but again they need more workers and this time their was only one person working and they had people waiting before me

WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!
At first Margarita seems to be nice and helpful,
It was my first dress shopping experience,
At first I explained to Margarita what kind of dress I was looking for my wedding she showed me one that didn't seem like the one I wanted it but she pushed for me to try it, after that I like it but I told her that the dress was missing the sleeves and some adjustments, (I TOLD HER CLEARLY THAT I DONT LIKE DRESSES WITHOUT SLEEVES) she promised that she would make all the adjustments with out no problem (but she never told me that she was going to charge me more that $300) until she called me 2 months before of my wedding to make the adjustments 2 weeks later I went to try the dress after adjustments and the dress didn't had the SLEEVES, Margarita was not there so I called her later and told her about the SLEEVES and she told me that I didn't pay for the sleeves plus that It was my fault cause I didn't reminded her and that if I wanted the sleeves she would charge more
On top of that they had to adjust all over again the dress cause it didn't fit right and it didn't look like the 1st time I tried it. By that time it was almost 2 weeks away from my wedding day and I got tired of dealing with Margarita and her assistant because beside they are full of bad attitude and excuses of their mixtakes. After all that I realized that Margarita since that beginning she was interesting on sealing her dresses and not on helping the customer on whatever they need and make them happy. Really Disappointed and stressed out cause I only had 2 weeks to find another dress cause obviously I didn't use that dress.
Once You buy the dress they don't really care if after the adjustments You are not happy and satisfied and also they start giving bad attitude.
I'm surprised that they are still open with the service they provided, that's the reason I ended not buying the bridesmaids dresses or nothing else. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Not even one star they deserve.

Margarita and her team were phenomenal helping me be ready for my sister's wedding. I had last minute alterations to a dress I loved and thanks to the team it looked even better than I hoped. Thank you isn't enough! I recommend them to anyone who wants a caring knowledgeable fashion team on their side!

Great service Great selection!
They can do everything from a prom to wedding! While i was there I even saw people asking about sweet 16 dresses. They said no problem!

I will not go here again ever.daughter was very rude to my mother did not no how to match tried putting my boyfriend in pants that didn't fit then told him be careful not to RIP them omg really? I'm sorry this was a bad experience.

I had a great experience! My dress fit great and I also bought jewelry from here as well. Everything was done in a timely manner! Loved it!

This is the best bridal shop in all of Ventura county! My family has come to this shop for generations and I’ve never walked away disappointed. They are always there and ready, and eager to make all your dress dreams come true. Their prices matches their quality and all in all they are amazing people.

WORST EXPERIENCE. Initially everything was great and I picked out the wedding dress I wanted and ordered it over a month before my wedding. The dress comes in and it’s NOT the dress I picked! Margarita assured me that it’s not a big deal because according to her it’s basically the "same" dress and she can just add the sleeves that the dress I picked had. First off the dress was completely different from the upper half and not what I wanted. Once I refused the dress that she "mistakenly" ordered she once again reassured me that it was not a problem and she would send the wrong dress back and have mine rush ordered. She calls me on Valentine’s Day to inform me that unfortunately she would not be able to have my dress because they did not have it! So it took her a month to find out and to inform me of this, leaving me without a wedding dress two weeks before my wedding. What should have been a happy moment of my wedding planning is now the worst experience. I am filled with anger and frustration as to how you can do this to someone who came into your store trusting you with such an important thing. Please be careful if shopping here for your big day. I would not recommend entrusting your dress to someone who is going to promise you things they cannot come through with.

They rose to the very tricky challenge of turning a plain black suit jacket into a patch covered vest (attached 16 patches, removed sleeves, clean job).

Nice visit and service! The business is clean and well kept, the service was great and the seamstress was super friendly! The shop contains both women and men bridal and groom attire and plenty of other wedding accessories, as well as, professional business attire. Great experience visiting this shop.
