Dr Valles is very knowledgeable, professional, caring and easy to talk with. He works great with patient's and their family to be fully aware of the office visit.
I was very excited to come to this group because of all the great reviews. I wish my experience would have been different. My appointment was for 7: 45 am. I explained to the scheduler that I had a flight that same day. She said I either take that appt or I will be waiting for months for another one. I asked her if the doctor is usually on time. She said it will be fine. On appt day, I get there at 7: 30 am. By 8: 00 am he arrives and goes to a meeting. Needless to say. I was still sitting there until 8: 30 am and I was the first appt. I had to leave for the airport. I ask them why they would schedule an appt when he has a meeting? I was very disappointed as I transferred from another doctor in the same group because of another issue I had. I’m sure he is a good doctor from all these wonderful reviews, I just wish I would have had a better experience with him and the other doctor.
The best cardiologist in the Central Valley, very professional and highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services. It’s been a very long time since I had the kind of faith in a doctor, after meeting with Mr. Valles, I am confident that my health is in good hands.
