They have horrible service here and only care about payments. My mom was being seen for an appointment for her first time that was referred by her doctor
I'm her care taker and she can't here. The lady started to tell my mom she needs her Medical ID card. My mom did not have it and the lady for irritated because my mom kept talking and she walked out to the bathroom and only told her coworker.

Then she came back after she saw her coworker and he said I will get it from her doctor. She then went on to tell my mom that she can't have appointment
today without card. At this point I got involved and said I'm her care taker and som and she said I'm taking to my patient. Then I got upset and office person came out from back and did same thing. At this point I am irritated and say just because your receptionist is having a bad day this is wrong. I said fine give us another appt.and will fax card before. My mom started to cry and lady kept telling me (office manager) that let me talk to my patient.
I explained again I am her care taker and son, they have to talk to me. She didn't care and we got in argument and yea I cursed. They threatened to cancel my moms appt if I didn't leave. I said fine i'll be quiet and let Yelp speak.
Office Manager said great all happy and walked
away.
At end of day I'm not upset with care from Doctor but am upset with a company letting these 2 ladies
do and treat people how they want. Feeling a superior complex to cancel appointments that are already hard to get and they know it.
I would suggest bring your insurance card or else you get treated like you are homeless.

The worst front desk ever!
I asked more than once to talk to the supervisor, and there was no answer

Dr. Namazie is the most knowledgeable, kindest and brilliant doctor and surgeon. He takes his time with you is if there is nobody else waiting. His office is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Any surgery or procedure no matter the risk level can be extremely stressful, Dr Namazi and everyone in the office made me feel at ease and confident that I had chosen the right place. The procedure went extremely well and Dr Namazi did a great job, I absolutely would recommend this office!

Dr Namazie and his staff are beyond amazing. I can’t thank him enough. I had to have a total thyroidectomy and was really worried and terrified. Dr. Namazie helped me understand the process thoroughly and was so compassionate throughout the whole ordeal. This has been one of the easiest recoveries I’ve ever had when it comes to the surgery and I have to give all the thanks to the doctor and his incredible team. He literally saved my life.

Dr Namaze is the best in the business. Went to him for a throbbing ear that has been in severe pain for two weeks. Nothing has helped not even ibuprofen 600. He gave me an injection and within minutes. I was so much better. Thanks so much you’re amazing!
