I went to Dr. Sajjadian's office for a revision rhinoplasty consultation, (my 4th one since I have started the revision search), and was really disappointed with my experience. The whole process was very rushed and they seem to be all about the money. I'm not sure how they have all 5 star reviews, but felt like I needed to share mine because reviews are what I take most into consideration for rhinoplasty. I waited over an hour for the Dr.to come into my room for the consult, which was then a bit frantic and short. He told me he would go over more details if I actually committed to the surgery before he left the room. I thought I understood what needed to be done in the surgery, (I am only interested in a tip-plasty), but he apparently added extra grafting details that we didn't cover while doing the consult on the quote that were very unclear. That's something I didn't know to ask about, and expect my Dr.to bring up. It was even unclear by the rest of his staff, and during the details of my quote. I ended up walking out alone because everyone was already onto helping other patients while I was still in the room. The consult fee was also higher than usual and so was the quote for my surgery. I understand that revisions are higher and I would be paying for his expertise, however his office then called me back the next day saying they dropped the price for the surgery. Never in all my rhinoplasty experiences has the price ever dropped because I didn't commit the day of.
My advise would be to consider all options in the area.

Dr. Sajjadian is AMAZING. He does an exceptional Botox work and not only in the traditional sense. I’ve dreaded my smile my whole life and he has fixed it for me just a few Botox injections.

I had a severe Rhinophyma growth issue on both of my nostrils of my nose. The growth was so severe that it restricted my ability to properly breath thru my nose normally. The growth was so large that I was embarrassed to go out in public. I was referred to Dr. Sajjadian for consultation. Dr. Sajjadian immediately saw me and put me at ease explaining how he could remove this growth. Surgery was scheduled and went without any issues. It was painless and the recovery was very easy. Dr. Sajjadians surgery to my nose has changed my life in so many positive ways. I am not embarrassed to go out in public anymore. I highly recommend Dr. Sajjadian.

The best choice. Dr. Sajjadian was the best choice for my rhinoplasty/septoplasty. From the moment I entered the office, his staff and assistants were very kind in accommodating my needs, especially Liz and Maricela. During my first consultation with Dr. Sajjadian, he had asked me what I didn’t like about my nose. I had pointed out that I didn’t like the bump, the crookedness, and the downward tip. He understood my assessment of my nose and curated a plan in order to improve the deviation, hump, and tip, among other issues. Before my surgery, I was not scared, as I had complete trust in him as an excellent surgeon. The surgery process was smooth for me and the recovery had no pain, only discomfort for 3-4 days. On my 4th day of recovery the bruising had subsided and throughout the recovery I was able to breathe even though there were still sprints in my nose. One week post-op, I had my cast removed and loved the results. It had been what I wanted, but better. It fit my face incredibly well, and looked very natural on me. On my 3rd week post-op, I had the splints removed. The removal of the splints went smoothly and there was honestly no pain, it felt relieving after having the splints removed and I was able to breathe even better than before. I was shocked by how well I was able to breathe and even smell, as it wasn’t as good before surgery. I’m now 4 weeks post-op and I am in awe of how amazing my nose turned out and how straight and smooth it now looks. The tip of my nose no longer droops, however, it looks naturally raised. Overall, I had an amazing experience and I feel more confident than ever. I no longer worry about my side profile looking “bad”, rather I love looking at all profiles of my face. Thank you Dr. Sajjadian.

Dr. Sajjadian is an amazing doctor. We had serval discussions of what I wanted breast to look like, my concerns, and what I believe is the most important thing. He knew exactly what would make me happy, and my breast turned out better than I expected. He knew precisely what to do, what I liked and made the perfect shape and size for me. Breasts look and feel very natural. I highly recommend Dr. Sajjadian, he’s a great surgeon and a great person who gets to know his clients and their wishes. I am very pleased and happy with the results. It was a quick and easy recovery.

It has been over a year since I have had my rhino/septoplasty. Overall, the nose job was just okay. Dr Sajjadian did not fully remove the bump and both profile sides are not even. The follow up visits were also frustrating as it seemed that my concerns would constantly get dismissed.
