Alibaba group and Aliexpress are scammers they will take your money and never send you an order you payed for.

This company constantly tries to hack a website by using common file names like bigdump.php, etc. I've reported them to their internet service provider: whois.arin.net

I see they have offices in China (on their website), so that explains a lot. I bet they're routing traffic through this office from China too

GIMS Factory Dropshipping Store (Store No. 5505043, BUT BE AWARE THE MAY CHANGE THE STORE NAME AND NUMBER) is a scam store/ seller. Do not buy ANYTHING from this seller! The scam is to send the product to a different state and address, (probably his partner's address) then on the site it will show delivered, but if you go to your local post office with the tracking number, they will tell the exact state and address where it was delivered. GIMS Factory Dropshipping will pretend they will correct the problem or refund you money but they will not refund or resolve ANYTHING. They are SCAM artists looking for your money! RUN!

One law suit coming up the allow businesses to utilize unfair practices with consumers. I purchase off line orders and never received them

Seller on Ali Express-through Alibaba Group, Pacific Ocean Outdoor-Guiyun Ai is a rip off seller. Do not order from seller Pacific Ocean Outdoor-Guiyun Ai! He will not refund you! He will not replace your order. Boycott him!

Had a damaged shipment worth thousands with one of their suppliers and their customer service center phone line goes straight to voicemail every call and they do not return phone calls. They do not care.

Appreciate that Alibaba and AliExpress is sponsoring Feb2018 Winter Olympics/Winter Paraolympics. When I searched on maps for Alibaba Online order (noteAlibaba started way before Seattle's Amazon online order took off), China's Alibaba address will not show on maps; so I found this Alibaba Group Holdings; and I had great experience over the years ordering online from Alibaba as well as from Alibaba Express. I get email updates tracking the package with items I have ordered. I two thumbs up recommend ordering from Alibaba Express which was in English. Alibaba and Alibaba Express were both in English. I ordered online for Winter slacks from Alibaba Express and got exactly what I ordered! Great Packaging. Only thing is to give myself a month to receive it so I noted to order way in advance. Could not find hair claw with sturdiness where i live or it's outrageously overpriced by a store without a price tag but did not want to pay which ever price the seller felt like pricing; so I went to Alibaba and ordered bulk which was far less than buying one overpriced one here where i live. Alibaba sells bulk whereas Alibaba Express sells sample one or two. It's the best option to order wholesale for small business minded individuals looking for that one hair claw and/or warm winter slacks but cannot afford Nordstrom prices.

I have tried to call the published number with no result, it just rings. I need to speak with someone because my credit card was used to purchase goods from this company, but speaking with someone just seems impossible. So, no stars for service at all.
