Me and my wife moved to Alicante Apartment from State of Oregon on March 2020 (4months ago) during all the COVID-19 craziness! I looked over 10 different apartments Company But I Picked Alicante for living and very happy with that! Joseph was very helpful from beginning! Not only Joseph helped us to find the right unit to live (we have two dogs and my wife is very picky), he made us feel very comfortable and he made us feel like it is home and we Are part of his family! I really appreciate Alicante apartments community and I strongly recommend Joseph and Alicante apartment for living.

Incredible place to live! Melissa, Jessica, Brianna and this entire team are an awesome staff! Could not be living at a better community! Beautiful, relaxing, stunning place to live! Maintenance is unbelievable and efficient! The most perfect place to live & thrive!

Place has gone downhill since COVID-19.
Amenities have all been shut down with no relief coming on the rent payment.
Yard work takes place 5 of 7 days of the week throughout all hours of the day.
No parking enforcement (count the cars that are illegally backed in to parking spots) and reckless driving with kids present.
Community board is heavily censored and any content that may be considered critical of the community is taken down.
Never received the original “gift” that was promised when signing the lease.
Complaints come from neighbors for the most insane reasons despite us never complaining back about the constant thudding coming from above us.

We have found a house.
Escrow closes soon and happy to say I’m moving out.
First year was great, this year, not so much.

Just moved in! Great customer service provided by Jessica King the leasing manager. She helped the whole process and made us feel special. The service and the maintenance crew reacted instantly as we requested a small issue fixed right away. Definitely recommend!

Recently moved to Alicante. When I called the leasing office the first time, Jessica King was the one to assist me. She was the nicest, most helpful leasing agent you can ask for. She goes above and beyond to help you, guide you, and makes you feel welcomed. She showed up at the office on her days off to check up on me before my move in date. The community is clean and feels like home. I am very confident that Alicante will be a great place to live. If you are looking into leasing with Alicante, I recommend Jessica King as your leasing agent.

Karen Moreno was the office Manager when I lived in this community, and she went above and beyond to make living in the community a great experience— even helped me find movers when my movers didn’t show up when I was moving out! She is an excellent asset to this community, and knows how to give exceptional care to the residents!

The Alicante team: Olga, Marzi, Yvonne, Karen, Carlos, Fulgencio, Martin and Jose are not only friendly at every encounter but they make me feel welcome. The lengths they go to to make sure residents are happy -breaks the mold of apartment living. I’ve been here for over 5 years and will continue to renew. The leading staff is like family to me, completing work orders lightening fast and calling me to just confirm I am happy means a lot. Every time you walk into the office, they smile and it lights up my day! Thank you again I’ll be renewing for years to come.

My family lived here and we loved it, we would consider moving here again in the near future. Apts are priced rite. The only complaint we had was that after the first year lease expired, they increased are rent by $200.00 wow they need to chill, the rent is already high enough.

Horrendous, thieving management, with absolutely no ethical principles or boundaries, and appalling embezzling practices!

My spouse and I are currently suing them for breach of our contract, unlawful embezzlement, and a slew of other charges.

Watch out for these guys, and stay far away! Tell your friends and family to steer clear of this conniving, lawless, criminal establishment, and the despicable management who run it.
