Alice's Vehicle Registrations of Ramona

Due to current situations of the world right now I couldn't go down to DMV to get new license plates and placard. So I message Alice's DMV registration they answered me in costs and told me when to come in. The cost is well worth it especially now with only a few DMV's open by appt only and for certain things. The staff was wonderful told me it be 2 weeks before I got my new plates and placard. Two weeks later I got them.

These guys are the absolute BEST! Of course they charge for the service but it's way less than my time driving down the hill and sitting at the DMV or AAA is worth.

I've used them probably 15-20 times over the years and they are quick and thorough and very nice to boot! Ignore the several low ratings - it's obvious those people could not have been satisfied regardless.

When I went here their dmv services were down.they said that they would take care of everything then call me when my registration was paid.
They did call me (left me a message) to let me know that everything was good an that they would mail me my new tags if I couldn’t come in to get them.it’s been over a month. I’ve called 5 times an each time NOBODY answers, they have no answering machine. An the time I’m available to go they’re gone at lunch.very unhappy with this place. Won’t be using them again.on top of this, they are expensive!
Use aaa or another place

Just terrible! First, coming in felt like such a bother to the staff. Been charges for fee on top of the fee with a fee for the fee, yet they failed to do the registration correctly - got a letter from DMV saying the registration will be suspended as it was not completed correctly. So don't pay all the fees as you would need to deal with DMV after all!

I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience at Alice's. I bought out my lease and there was a lot of paperwork and taxes that needed to be paid to DMV. I went into Alice's without calling or making an appointment and was immediately helped. I came back the next day to make my payment through the business, who would then pay DMV (I think that's how it works?) and I was done. Total time spent on getting my vehicle registered in my name and off the leasing company, as well as paying taxes to DMV: 30 minutes. Probably less. I will literally never go to the DMV again. Alice's processing fees are more than reasonable, too. Honestly, I would pay more if she charged more, because it was that helpful and saved me from so much anxiety, time off work, etc. So incredibly thankful for the lovely ladies in the office and the service they provide.

They take care of all my needs at the construction company I work for, and do an excellent job on any transaction I need.

I am happy to have this service in Ramona. People say the fee's are to expensive but I have to disagree. I have been to the DMV 3 times in the past 3 months after buying a used car with lots of (personalized plate swaping) BAD MISTAKE. I have spent 10+ hrs at Poway DMV because they have every cars registration messed up and now have 3 sets of plates for the same car! I went to Alices to pay my registration for the new car a few weeks ago and the people there are trying to help me get all my paperwork straightened out. So before I go spent another 5 HRS at the DMV to take my 3 sets of plates to them I will rethink the "FEE"S" because my time is worth more than that. The women at Alices know there stuff and I will go there from now on.
