Hot water was only lasting anywhere between 3 - 5mins in upstairs master bed shower. Contacted maintenance and received a call maybe 7 minutes later. Octavio was here within 5mins, located the problem and fixed it all in about 20mins. AWESOME! He was super nice, professional and quick! Thank you Octavio:)

Had an electrical issue in the apt and Octavio was extremely helpful in resolving the problem. He was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient in getting the job done. Appreciate his effort.

We are starting our six year lease with Aliso Creek and we can say that we are very Happy in our apartment, the management is good, the ladies at the office always very courteous and polite, when there is a problem they always tried to solve the problem to keep everyone happy. The building has an excellent maintenance team, if there is an emergency they will be knocking on your door ASAP to take care of the issue. Joe, our favorite in maintenance has been in the building for ever, since I moved here he has been the technician that comes to my apartment most of the time and we are very happy with his work, he knows what he is doing, he is very friendly and always has a big smile when he greats you. The building is always kept clean, Same as the beautiful large Gym with brand new equipment, TVs, swimming pool is impecable, I like to take my walks around the complex. I just wish most of the residents would be more considered when they take their dogs for a walk, there are dog station with bags all over, PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG, most of us pet owner do it.and the apartments are large and with great kitchen equipment. Over all the building is great!

I can not say enough great things about my experience living here. Feels home. I just renewed my lease. The community is always kept clean. The office staff are very attentive, polite and helpful. They are quick to respond to any emails or requests in a timely manner.and maintenance team is amazing as well. I highly recommend this community.

Quiero empezar mi opinión de este lugar destacando la extrema amabilidad de las personas en la oficina en especial Paola, ella fue la que estuvo al pendiente de hagarrar mi contrato, y fue muy profesional en todo momento resolvió todas mis preguntas y dudas, también el personal de manteniendo es rápido y eficaz resuelven tus problemas en menos de un día, el lugar es muy bonito y limpio cuenta con dos hermosas albercas y áreas para cocinar tu carne asada junto con tu familia, en general todo esta al %100 se los recomiendo.
I want to start my opinion of this place by highlighting the extreme kindness of the people in the office, especially Paola, she was the one who was on the lookout for making my contract, and she was very professional at all times, she answered all my questions and doubts, also the staff maintenance is fast and efficient, they solve your problems in less than a day, the place is very nice and clean, it has two beautiful pools and areas to cook your roast meat together with your family, in general everything is 100% I recommend it.

Moved in about 2 weeks ago and love it. The complex is clean, with great amenities. It's actually much quieter than I thought it would be, as well. The apartment itself, is larger than anything else I found at the price point, with a nice large deck.
The thing that most impressed me so far was that I had a new BBQ delivered, but apparently they didn't want to make the climb, so they left it at the bottom of the stairs. Since I park, and take the stairs on the other side of the building, I never knew it was there. Instead of it being stolen, a couple of neighbors came to the door after a couple of days to let me know, and even helped me carry it up the stairs! You can't really ask for much more that that!

Carolyn from leasing tend to be aggressive and stares at me when I pass by. Makes our family feel like she might attack us one day. My children very scary of her.

We enjoyed living here and from the beginning, Andrea in the office was so kind and helpful during move in process as well as move out process. Whenever we had maintenance requests Jose and Joe were really quick to respond, professional and super easy to work with. We enjoyed the newly renovated pool and fitness center as well.

We are just getting ready to sign our 2nd 12 month lease with Aliso Creek and we are so happy here! Our building is quiet, clean, and feels like home. We’ve only had maybe 3 minor maintenance issues in the year we’ve been here and maintenance comes really quickly and is always able to fix the issue. The office staff is super friendly and always helpful, they just finished the brand new gym which looks great and they have taco trucks on tuesday! So glad we picked this place to be our home.

If you like termites, the smell of cigarette smoke, loud neighbors, horrible management, unsafe living conditions, broken glass & drug dealers.this is the place for you. I've made multiple complaints to property with no actions taken. Please save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. There's a reason this property is rated as low as it is.

The leasing agent Andrea is very professional, thorough, and friendly. She has helped make the move in process go smoothly. Also, any requests were handled promptly.

Could've been a 5 star rating, leasing office is very unprofessional, rather than assisting you, you need to assist them. It's not that hard to make a copy of something. Would have been better if they just admit to there faults.
