Aliso Viejo Town Center

Charming little town center with a variety of shops and services. Movie theater is great, and farmer's market on Saturday mornings. Always clean and upkept.

Awesome center and super friendly Dental office located in this center! The kids on ebikes are getting out of hand! Love the Regal Theater popcorn!

This is the closest Aliso gets to a "downtown". My favorite spots are Wahoo's, Nekter juice bar, Barnes and Nobles and the beautiful park area near the fountain. Parking can be difficult during prime time hours but it's worth it considering how clean and convenient this center really is (grocery store, stellar restaurants and movie theater). Kid-friendly and super safe place to spend a few hours.

I had a productive shopping trip to TJ Maxx followed by a snack stop at CVS. The TJ Maxx is large and well-organized with enough cashiers to keep the check out line moving.

Love the store, the staff and all the choices. Convient, parking ok. Mall is not as active as years past yet I think in time that will change.

Has everything a planned community neighborhood needs.grocery stores, drive-through's (banks and fast foods), dine-in restaurants, boutiques, and retail stores! Oh. Let's not forget a very nice Regal movie theater and stores for your automotive or pet needs!

Great place to just come and hang out, eat, watch a movie, shop, and more. There’s a park for the kids by the movie theater that’s ok while you relax. The Trader Joe’s is REALLY small. Use to have a Lowe’s but closed for some reason. It was ok, which is probably why. They were more directed towards appliances and electronics than home improvement hardware.

Great safe place to come and get some good food, catch a movie, do some shopping or just walk around the shops.

Great place for concerts. Been coming here for many years to see flashback heart attack, they are the best 80's cover band.

All the shops and restaurants you need including fine dining, Barnes N Noble to 24 hour Del Taco, UPS, Ralph's and CVS, pizza, The Habit and gas station car wash coffe shop! Worth stooping at this center.

The police will harass you if you stop for a moment and charge your phone. They made it clear, our kind was not welcome in their cuty. After first interaction and walking away, the police continued to attempt following me from the shopping center. Idk why i had broken no laws, was as polite as could be towards the bums, i recommend staying away from this area for any reason except dumping your trash off at Cota de Caza. There is a genuine interest that people with no lives take in whatever you are doing. Since most of them live life vicariously through their tv, everything you do will seem suspicious. Rather than investigate on their own, they prefer to peek out from the secirity of their safe place behind the windows blinds. And call the police whenever a gnat moves.

It is great to see businesses openned thriving thank you Lord Jesus. I love the new Angry Chickz I was really happy about the turn out and I was totally satisfied with the food and customer service.

Is a one stop, and get a lot done. Big town center with many different stores. Good spacious parking lot.
Food, groceries, pharmacy, nails, auto parts all there.

You can watch a movie have a bite to eat and do your grocery shopping all in place you can even stop by to get yourself a new outfit

A good town center with a grocery store, 5 below, barnes&noble, cinema and restaurants with different types of food.my top favorites places to eat at are kanpai sushi and sattva.wish there were clothing shops!

Nice shopping strip mall with several eateries and restaurants. Fountain and park is great to entertain children

Seems to have recovered quite well in the post Pandemic era. Good restaurants, businesses and the parking lot was packed at 6: 30 pm on a weekday
