This guys was awesome! His name was Eddie, Sorry if I'm wrong, and I had an issue with my heater. Long story short he was honest and just found a loose wire inside my thermostat. He only charged me a measly service fee. I thought I was going to have to pay hundreds considering my unit is older. Thanks Eddie for being honest with me, there are not many of you out there!

I was searching for a hvac company to come check out my unit that was not blowing cold air. I had went thru another company who overcharged me and took advantage over a year ago. Felt like he was truly doing the job correctly and wasn't trying to take advantage and explained everything that was needed for my unit to work properly. The amount of time he spent on my unit and his pricing were more than fair. He found the leak my unit had unlike the other company who spent hours at my home and didn't even do a leak test. He wanted to figure out exactly where the leak was right than and there. Eddie informed me of what was needed and what was recommended and that made me confident in knowing I picked the right company. I highly recommend Eddie with All City Air Systems. Felt like he went above and beyond with the service he provided. He wasn't trying to upsell or anything like other company's have done to me in the past. Felt like he took pride in his work.

He also set me up with yearly maintenance for my unit as well at a very reasonable cost
