All Clean Chem-Dry carpet and upholstery cleaning

Robert is not trustworthy. He will overcharge and underperform. The one thing about this business owner is that when people do complain he does everything in his power to get rid of the complaint or when he responds to complaints he acts like he never has heard of you he can't find you in his logbook basically you don't exist there is always a caution tape whenever someone has 4.9 Stars. I am not the only one to have used Robert in the past as my whole neighborhood here in Harlan Ranch has used him at one time or the other and sadly his quality has gone down quite a bit while his prices increase almost to the point where he should retire or just sell his business to a young hungry entrepreneur. Most of us now have decided just to replace the carpet with vinyl plank flooring. I mean what kind of person responds to a customer who gave him four stars and not the five that he's accustomed to if you look at his reviews with a customer named Amber he was so upset that he got four sta out of five that he wants to know what he did wrong to not get the five stars he demands.that people should tell you something about this man. It's your money?

Robert’s professional cleaning of my sister’s area rug was fantastic! He was professional, on time, experienced and skilled in explaining what was possible with her 20+ year old beautiful area rug. He demonstrated care in cleaning it, producing the best results and in-home experience possible. It was a fantastic “before and after” area rug cleaning & restoring experience. He was also very kind, patient and positively customer-focused. I found his business on-line and hired the cleaning service as a gift for my sister over the phone with him, from the central coast where I live. The carpet cleaning went faster than I thought it would. The high traffic areas were left looking clean/fresh and the spots (spills and dirt) were gone. A light and fresh smell was left. The owner is friendly and professional and if I need carpet cleaning again, I will be going back to them. 10 out of 10 - would recommend!

My wife and I have several area rugs that we just love. Overtime they lose their brilliance from traffic and what not. We had called several places to clean our rugs but it was way too expensive and they wanted to take the rugs to another location.
