The doctors and all the staff are wonderful. They make sure you know what’s going on with your animal, and REALLY listen to your concerns/responses.

The team at Del Mar Veterinary is phenomenal! Every single team member that I have interacted with has shown compassion and sincerity towards both my ~18 yo cat Devlon and myself. He recently was in bad shape due to kidney disease and I thought it was time to put him down. Turns out the enzyme levels are not that bad and so we have changed the diet and are giving electrolytes every few days. I have made numerous calls to them while stressing out initially and later to get questions answered. They have always taken the time to listen to me and my concerns and have provided sound medical advice.

To Dr Tsai, Lacey, Sara, Mackenzie, Dana, Elise and Matt you guys are the best! Thanks for giving Devlon and me such top notch care.

To anyone searching for a new vet, I highly recommend Del Mar Veterinary hospital for all your pets needs.

As the owner of both cats and dogs, I've tried a few local vets in my hunt for the best. All Creatures is the best.

I was with All Pets with Foreman and Loudis for 10 years or so. I liked them for the dogs, but I had some unfortunate experiences with them when I adopted a surprisingly sick kitten.

After reading reviews, I tried Drake. That was actually bad. They would not listen to me and were quite condescending, which resulted in the near death of my cat and an 8k bill for emergency surgery.

The life saving surgery was through Veternary Emergency Group. They are extremely talented.

It was at VEG that I overheard good things about All Creatures. I have tried both Dr. Woods and Dr. Huang. Both doctors have been equally caring, attentive, and good at solving our pets health issues.

All Creatures is also very good at getting you in when your pet doesn't plan nor schedule their health crisis.

You can be confident that this is the practice that will take good care of your pets, both cats and dogs.

Dr. Tsai and the staff at All Creatures Hospital are excellent in every way! Our oldest dog needed diagnosis and surgery within a month of moving to CA. They treated her with expertise and care and communicated with us clearly and consistently! We have 3 labs and the care of all of them has been superb!

If your pet has anxiety issues, find another vet. You cannot diagnose a cat who is scared and in pain thru a carrier. My sweetheart is suffering from this now. I have to watch her die because they can't handle scared animals. Poor old girl: (find a caring vet.
Update. My sweet loving kitty of 20 years passed away in my arms at home last October. Rescued 2 adorable kittens one month apart and went back to all creatures to have them vaccinated and spayed.
My one girl went into heat the end of December. I begged them to fix her 3 weeks before. They said she was too young. Well as of today she is in heat for the third time and her stepsister is going to start soon.
Why did they not listen to the person who rescued them and knows what their pet needs? Now my 15 year old boy kitty is miserable due to my poor cats
heat? He was fixed at 5 weeks?
They took my money for shots I am not even going into that, but I can't understand why they would not get this little girl fixed when I asked them to? It's been a very bad time for her and my boy. I am not sure what has happened at this place, but it is not the same caring hospital like it used to be.

I brought in my senior dog Molly for her annual checkup and vaccinations when tests revealed she has liver disease. When she needed to have x-rays/tests the doctors explained everything very clearly and why it was recommended. I was able to make decisions for her care based on different options and what was involved with each treatment plan. They took the time to answer all my questions and called next day with test results. The caring staff put my mind at ease when deciding a treatment plan for Molly that will keep her comfortable and happy. For that, I'm so grateful!

My dog suddenly couldn’t raise her head - I feared she might have had some nerve damage. Dr. Tsai saw her on very short notice - she was fine, probably slept on her neck weird. He ordered some meds to make her feel better. I was so grateful that he saw her so quickly. She later had an ear infection and Dr Tsai gave her a one-time medication that ended her symptoms in hours. The bill was half what I would have been charged at my previous vet. The staff is friendly and caring - I have switched my dog to their care.

Dr. Tsai has been our preferred vet for a long time and prior to him moving to the Del Mar All Creatures Hospital. We followed him there, of course. The front desk team is stellar and all techs we've seen so far provide excellent care for our 3 dogs and 1 kitty.

The folks at All Creatures Hospital treat our dogs with the greatest of care. Dr. Woods is extremely attentive and kind, spending the time to listen to what is happening and treating both patient and patient owner with care.

Almost 2 decades of positive outcomes and customer service for 2 dogs. Ownership has changed over the time frame but zero complaints. Dr Woods was excellent with our pet (and us) in our recent visit in August 2022.

They're just great. Very responsive to all needs, give me reminders of all upcoming issues, and the veterinarians are always warm and caring. I give them a top rating in all areas.

Dr. Tsai is an amazing Vet and I am so glad he is at All Creatures now. They are reasonable priced and have knowledgeable friendly techs and staff. Nice location in Del Mar.

Thank you for handling our sweetie Lily with care. She's precious to us and we always feel she's safe when she's in your hands.

I have taken my pets to All Creatures Hospital for a countless number of years……. Maybe, 30. The staff is extremely loving of my “kids” and goes out of their way to be helpful. Currently, the vet for both my cat and dog is Dr. Norell. She is very knowledgeable. I value her professional manner that keeps me informed, while showing true interest in improving whatever condition needs to be addressed. My standard poodle seems to be allergic to all animal proteins. She was going nuts with itching and constant yeast infections on her paws and in her ears. Dr. Norell has been persistent in trying and suggesting various treatment/solutions. Now we’ve got it and my sweet poodle is enjoying a much more relaxing life. Thank you to All Creatures!

My trust in the doctors and staff keep my babies well. I've recommended them many times and will continue to.

All Creatures Hospital has always been top notch. We took our pet Labrador there for his lifespan and they recently helped us put him to rest. We couldn't have asked for a more compassionate team at ACH for this hard decision last year.

We have since adopted a rescue dog from a local shelter (honoring Betty White). We look forward to having ACH care for him as well! Wouldn't take our pet anywhere else! 5 stars for ACH

Very kind and friendly staff, from front desk to vet techs. Dr Norell clearly experienced, knowledgeable and understanding about cost-benefit analysis regarding care of my sick senior citizen kitty.

I have a mystery cat that has had several challenging problems and Dr. Norell and other veterinarians and staff at All Creatures have been amazing at finding the right treatments for our kitty. They really care and go above and beyond to help your pets.

This place deserves NO stars. DO NOT CONSIDER EVER BRINGING YOUR PETS HERE, if you can help it. DO NOT CONSIDER WORKING HERE! It has been seen and proven this place is the worst. They are NO HELP. THIS PLACE IS FAILING THEIR PEOPLE! And this is my very first review, so that REALLY means this place messed up. Wish, I would've seen the yelp reviews before stepping foot into this place. The mistreatment I read about was terrifying. In opinion, there is NOTHING good about this place. Please listen to the other people's experiences so you'll find a better place with better care for your loved ones.

Dr. Mulvaney and staff were very helpful. They took good care of my dog and quickly sorted out his issues. I would highly recommend All Creatures Hospital
