I can’t remember the last time I wrote a review but I was so blown away by the incredible service of Jared and the All Dry Team that I am taking the time to share. Our experience with All Dry was 5 star! As a mom with 4 little kids, dealing with a completely flooded home, and a husband that’s gone traveling, I was so grateful by how Jared took care of every detail and made it convenient and comfortable for us!
The communication was first class even to the point of getting multiple follow up calls after their part of the job was finished to make sure we were going okay and if we needed help with anything. They are the nicest people to work with and very professional! Don’t waste your time looking for someone else - they are the best.

Due to the heavy rainfall in January 2023 my condo in Laguna Hills experienced a small roof leak, unbeknownst to me, which ultimately cause a pool of water to collect above one of the bedrooms. When I heard the loud crack I rushed to the bedroom to find that the collected water had cause a 5 foot gash in the ceiling. Water was pouring in and damaging the carpet and furniture located against a wall. Upon contacting my HOA I discovered that my Homeowners Insurance would need to cover the damage. I Googled "water damage/ceiling repair" and found All Dry of Orange County. When Jared arrived to assess the damage I noticed how professional he was. He took photos and meter readings to assess the extent of the damage. His first mission was to "pack out" the room furniture in order to remove the ceiling drywall. Jared and his partner Trevor then had their team tear out the damaged ceiling and set up specialized equipment to "dehumidify" the affected areas. A few days later Jared had professionals come in to perform Asbestos Testing, which revealed negative results. Once the affected areas were successfully "dried out", Jared & Trevor had contractors come in to re-fabricate the ceiling, clean the carpets and return the furniture to the room. Jared & Trevor also eased my mind by dealing directly with my insurance company (Farmers) in order to convey the exact costs of the repairs and materials used for the job. All Dry of Orange County performed outstanding services in a timely manner, and successfully returned my bedroom ceiling to it's original condition. Being a Retired Veteran, I was very impressed with their work ethic, diligence, professionalism and friendly attitude. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL DRY OF ORANGE COUNTY. JOB WELL DONE!

Trevor and the staff at All Dry were GREAT. Not only were they extremely attentive to detail, when they say they are going to do something - they do it. They work with you to help you figure out what is needed. They were incredibly helpful. We enjoyed working with them even though it was a very stressful situation to have to quickly do an emergency repair/remediations, etc.etc. We highly recommend All Dry and, should any issues ever arise again, will gladly use them again.

All dry showed up on a Sunday morning for an emergency plumbing leak and immediately took control of the situation. They stopped the leak, proceeded to mitigate the water damage and stayed involved throughout the entire process while keeping us informed every step of the way.

I called Trevor on a Saturday morning about a leak at a property in Newport Beach. He picked up on the first call and arranged to have a plumber at the property right away. He coordinated all aspects of the repairs and remediation, including meeting with the insurance adjusters and submitting all of the necessary paperwork to the insurance company. Everyone on the All Dry of OC team was responsive, had great follow through and were true professionals. Thank you All Dry!
